Research On The Landscape Planning And Design Of Residential Areas In The Central Plains City From The Perspective Of Sponge City

With the continuous development of economy,the scale of urban construction in Central Plains has gradually expanded,and the area of land hardening has increased sharply.The land that used to absorb rainwater has been covered by gray infrastructure,resulting in a series of ecological problems such as urban waterlogging,heat island effect and so on.As a unit of city,urban residential area's landscape planning and design also play a vital role in the change of the urban environment.In recent years,under the concept of sponge city,Central Plains City is actively responding to the current problems and planning and designing the landscape of urban residential areas.Through literature reading and comprehensive comparison,this paper studies the related theories about landscape planning and design of urban residential areas in sponge cities at home and abroad,analysis and summaries of stormwater management concepts and excellent technical measures for landscape planning of urban residential areas,and conducts research and analysis on the current situation of urban residential area landscape planning in Central Plains through field investigation and case analysis.This paper point out the existing problems of landscape planning and design of urban residential areas in the Central Plains,and puts forward the strategies of integrating sponge urban design concept into the landscape planning and design of urban residential areas in the Central Plains.Finally,the empirical law of landscape planning and design of urban residential areas in Central Plains is applied to verify the landscape planning and design of Fucheng Nanshanfu residential areas in Zhengzhou City.This paper takes the sponge city theory as the perspective for the first time,the overall planning and design of residential landscape in Central Plains is studied,and the general experience and rules of residential landscape planning and design in Central Plains from the perspective of sponge city are summarized: aiming at the problems of idle roof,waste of resources,independent drainage facilities and insufficient overall planning,the rational design of buildings and strengthening sources are put forward.To solve the problems of single rainwater treatment,backward drainage standards,less permeable area and barrier of rainwater infiltration,the strategies of adding sponge facilities,improving rainwater regulation,improving hard pavement and returning to natural infiltration are put forward.These empirical rules provide a reference for the planning and design of residential areas in the Central Plains in the future.
