With the increasingly serious environmental problems brought about by traditional fossil energy, the development and utilization of new energy has received more and more attention.Distributed generations are mostly clean and sustainable, such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation.Electric vehicles have the characteristics of low pollution and no emissions. Therefore, they have been vigorously developed and widely used. However, electric vehicles have to rely on the planning and construction of charging facilities such as charging stations because of battery and other reasons. Therefore, charging facilities such as charging stations are increasingly used.Distributed generations and charging stations incorporate to the distribution network will bring a series of problems. This paper starts from the reliability of the distribution network and studies the reliability evaluation and planning of the distribution network with distributed power supply and charging stations, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, two typical types of distributed power sources were selected as research objects.Wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation focused on the randomness and volatility of wind power and photovoltaic power generation. The power characteristics of the charging station with bidirectional charge and discharge capability are studied, and the research focuses on the charging station's feedback to the grid. Then, the differences in the reliability of the grid caused by different levels of load are studied..Secondly,by studying the difference of different reliability evaluation algorithms,a reliability evaluation method combining analytical method and simulation method is proposed. For the reliability evaluation of distribution network with distributed power supply and charging station, first of all,the reliability index of the distribution network is studied, mainly including the component reliability index, load reliability index and system reliability index, and then the reliability evaluation is studied. The problem of the island division faced by the island is an important basis and key to reliability assessment. An optimal islanding method is proposed to make the islanding range more reasonable. Then, the detailed process of reliability evaluation is given and analyzed with examples.By analyzing five different evaluation schemes, the conclusions have certain referencesignificance for the practical application evaluation of distribution network. Finally, this paper studies the collaborative planning of distributed power supply and charging stations based on distribution network reliability.Taking the cost of the entire network power interruption loss with time-load function as the objective function, taking into account the joint constraints of the distribution network and the traffic network,a collaborative planning model for the distributed power supply and charging and switching stations is established. At the same time, the matrix method is used to classify the variables.A treatment, and finally using MATLAB to solve. The simulation was performed on the main feeder F4 of the IEEE-RBTS Bus6 system combined with the traffic network.According to different planning situations, the effectiveness of the method and the rationality of the planning result were verified.
