This paper introduces the tense situation of the energy pattern nowadays, analyses the necessity of developing distributed generation and popularizing electric vehicle. Then, from the perspective of planning of distributed generation and charging station of electric vehicle,it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of existing research on distributed generation and charging station of electric vehicle at home and abroad, and points out that the joint planning of distributed generation and charging station of electric vehicle is seldom mentioned in most literatures at present. The current situation that the effect of the algorithm is not good. The main research points of this paper can be divided into the following points:(1)The output characteristics and timing of various distributed generators are analyzed, and the relationship between the output of distributed generators and the factors such as season and weather is studied. For the grid-connected problem of distributed generators, different gridconnected locations and capacities are simulated, and the influence of distributed generators on voltage distribution and active power loss in distribution network is analyzed.(2)The travel behavior law of EV group is simulated by travel chain. From the point of view of probability, the distribution fitting of multiple characteristic variables in time and space on the travel chain is carried out,and the simulation method of probability transfer and route selection of EV in various urban areas is put forward.(3)A multi-objective optimization model of power network and road traffic network with minimum active power loss, maximum total capacity of distributed generation and minimum additional charge cost is proposed. The model is solved by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, and the accuracy and rationality of the optimization algorithm are analyzed.
