| With the development and application of automatic production lines,special feeding screw systems that are suitable for the high-speed convey and precision positioning of regular or irregular materials have great advantages in terms of accuracy,stability,and flexibility,which become indispensable critical component on the line.At present,internal research on the special feeding screw is still in the elementary stage.The research and design of the special feeding screw’s feeding performance and positioning accuracy cannot meet the high-speed and stable production requirements of modern automatic production lines.In this dissertation,it is the research object of the translational screw series,analyzes the movement form of the feeding system,and equates it to the spiral scanning motion based on spiral motion and volume scanning theory.It is based on the spatial volume scanning boundary description and the envelope theory which build general mathematical model of helical grooves for the Screws series.Based on the steady-state motion variation and the general mathematical model proposed in this dissertation,the mathematical model of the dwell screw spiral groove surface was established,and the CAD model of the mathematical model was transformed based on the MATLAB discrete calculation and the SolidWorks API.In view of the singular evolution of the self-intersection and the spiral groove surface folding of the dwell screw,the causes and determination methods are analyzed.By explored the influence of the feeding motion parameters,material size parameters and the parameters of the screw blank on the singular evolution of the screw system,the theoretical reference for the selection of the screw system parameters is provided.The dwell screw is analyzed by movement simulation and transportation experiment based on the experimental conveyor prototype platform.Based on comparative analysis of the theoretical parameters,the simulated targets and the results of the experiment,the high-speed convey function of the dwell model is proved to be accurate and stable.In conclusion,the research on the modeling and the distortion of the dwell screw has important theoretical reference significance and engineering value for the standardized and modular design of the special feeding screw. |
