Currently,traditional energy source reserve is shrinking,and environment pollution is getting worse,the importance of energy saving and emission reduction getting more attention,the above factors are inspiring the development of energy storage technology,however,the development of high power energy storage technology is facing difficulties.High power energy storage technology is getting more attention and support from the government.As a newly found flywheel development and manufacturing company-DMETC is facing severe marketing competence.This paper firstly summarizes the macroscopic environment of energy storage technology,analyses the current development,technical characteristics and challenges that energy storage technologies are facing.The paper also analyses the current status,development and competitors of DMETC.The paper analyses DMETC' core competitive power and its competitive environment by using SWOT analysis.Then,on marketing segmentation result basis,the paper purposes “Rail Transit Regenerative Energy Braking Recycling” and “Renewable Energy Micro-grid Energy Storage” as DMETC's target market.Finally,this paper emphatically analyses flywheel's characteristic as a high-tech innovative product,and its product life cycle,then points out that DMETC's flywheel is in introduction stage and DMETC must focus on rapid scales and market shares as strategic objective,and all Product,Price,Place and Promotion strategy have to be suitable for high tech innovative product in introduction stage,to ensure that changing technological and core competitive power superiority into market share advantage ASAP?...
