Under the circumstances of the mineral industry destocking and the new economic normal environment,how to make full use of existing resources to improve the economic efficiency space,further enhance the competitive advantages,and realize the intelligent and modernization of mining enterprises' mechanical equipment has become an inevitable trend of historical development.China must develop new types of equipment through independent innovation,to modify the mining machinery and equipment,and gradually adopt production of modernization,large-scale and intelligent.The research object of this thesis is ZKJQ,which is a manufacturer specializing in mining equipment.So,It has of great significance to study ZKJQ's marketing strategy in the current market.The thesis firstly analyzes the marketing environment of ZKJQ from four aspects:political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment and technical environment.It analyzes the ZKJQ's marketing status and marketing problems,and proposes ZKJQ's current problems In marketing such as insufficient product technology innovation,incomplete contact between departments,insufficient integration of marketing channels,and imperfect marketing execution system.Secondly,the thesis puts forward to the marketing goal of ZKJQ company,clarifies the company's market selection and positioning,and puts forward to the marketing strategy of ZKJQ company,which is mainly to improve product portfolio to improve project decision-making efficiency,multi-channel strategy to improve the response speed for customer demand,and differentiated formulation.Personality enhances customer value,strengthens sales promotion methods,strengthens business promotion,and enhances customer trust through service display.Finally,the thesis puts forward to the implementation guarantee of the company's marketing strategy,mainly to strengthen the company's organizational security,strengthen the construction of marketing teams,and strengthen the control of marketing strategy implementation.
