| With the increasingly prominent problems of environmental pollution and energy crisis,energy-saving and environmentally friendly economical cars have gradually become the focus of the automotive market.However,economical cars have obvious sound quality problems due to cost constraints,and vehicle sound quality is an important indicator that directly reflects the comfort of cars.At present,the research on vehicle sound quality at home and abroad has become increasingly important,but there are still many problems to be solved: for instance,the car has a complex internal acoustic environment,it consists of a mixture of noises generated by a variety of different sound sources,each of which can be performed independently.The evaluation and analysis of sound quality can also be combined to evaluate and analyze the sound quality of the whole vehicle;in addition,the subjective evaluation of subjective sound quality is stronger,and different consumers cause their sound to the car due to their different demands for automobiles.There are also major differences in subjective evaluations.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to investigate the influencing factors of the sound environment in cars,and to establish a research and evaluation model for subjective and objective evaluation of car sound quality according to the differences in the driving habits and sound preferences of users in China.Give advice on the optimization of the sound quality of an economical car,so that users can get the best driving experience with the least money.First of all,analyze the characteristics of car noise sources,and obtain the main noise sources in the car through transfer functions.Analyze the auditory sensibility of the human ear to the sound,and initially obtain the human ear’s perception characteristics of the complex sound signal in the car.Based on the above analysis results,questionnaires and demand analysis methods are used to effectively obtain the user’s demand for economical car sounds.The search for which influencing factors will lead to users’ irritability and dissatisfaction with the car’s sound quality.The demand acquisition results will help the car.Sound sample acquisition test design.Then,based on the user’s demand,the in-vehicle acoustic environment influencing factors affecting the user are obtained.Based on this,the experimental factors for the collection of sound samples in the vehicle are determined,and a digital artificial head is used to collect sound samples in the vehicle.The psychoacoustic objective parameters,such as loudness,sharpness,and verbal clarity,are calculated and analyzed for the collected sound samples,and subjective evaluation tests and analysis of the sound samples are performed using the graded scoring method.The subjective and objective analysis results will help to establish the evaluation model of interior sound quality.Finally,using SPSS to analyze the psychoacoustic objective parameters and subjective evaluation of the sound samples in the car,the objective parameters that have significant correlation with the subjective evaluation are selected.According to the screening results,using subjective evaluation as an independent variable and objective variables as dependent variables,a multivariate linear regression model was established for the evaluation of acoustic quality of economical sedan cars.Then take the subjective evaluation as the output and the objective parameter as the input,establish the BP neural network model for the evaluation of the interior acoustic quality of the economical sedan.Finally,according to the subjective and objective evaluation results,the economical car sound quality optimization scheme is given,and the BP neural network model is used to verify the optimization results. |
