Research On Sound Quality Evaluation Of Automobile Air Conditioner Under Idle Condition

With the continuous development of automobile industry,the research of automobile noise control is gradually thorough.Taking A-weighted sound pressure level as the evaluation criterion has gradually been unable to adapt to the design of automobile acoustic and meet the requirements of consumers.Therefore,the method of sound quality evaluation provides a new way for the research of automobile noise.At present,the noise of automobile air conditioner has attracted more and more attention of consumers,and its sound quality has a great impact on the ride experience.The work of this paper mainly focuses on evaluate the sound quality of automobile air conditioner in objective and subjective ways,and finally constructs the sound quality evaluation model of automobile air conditioner.First of all,the research status of sound quality evaluation is reviewed,and the problems faced by the research of automobile air conditioner noise are analyzed.And then,the research objectives and research content of the paper are put forward.Secondly,establish the sample library of automobile air conditioner noise.Through the noise collection test of automobile air conditioner,the representative sound signals are selected to establish the sound sample library.The objective parameter analysis and variance analysis are carried out by calculating various objective evaluation parameters of sound quality.The results show that: loudness and AI index have a greater impact on the sound quality of automobile air conditioner.Then,establish the sound quality evaluation panel and extract the evaluation index of sound quality characteristics.In order to improve the accuracy and pertinence of the subjective evaluation test,the selection test of reviewers and the extraction test of the evaluation index of sound quality characteristics of automobile air conditioner are designed.Based on the test study,a panel of 23 reviewers was established,and 7 evaluation indexes were extracted,including booming,buzz,strident,sharp,rough,smooth and comprehensive evaluation index annoyance.Next,the subjective score is obtained through the subjective evaluation test of sound quality by the method of grouped pair-wise comparison.Through the data analysis methods of correlation analysis,partial correlation analysis and factor analysis,the influence of each evaluation index on the subjective score under different working modes of automobile air conditioner is obtained.Finally,the sound quality evaluation model of automobile air conditioner is built.By comparing the prediction accuracy with the model constructed by regression analysis,the results verify the effectiveness of the model building method in this paper.Based on this method,using multiple linear regression analysis and GRNN technology to complete the construction of the sound quality evaluation model of automobile air conditioner.
