Due to the aging of the water supply network and the increase in the water supply load,the leakage rate of the water supply pipe network remains high,causing waste of water resources,pollution of water quality and economic losses.In this paper,combining composite material repair technology and winding repair technology,and aiming at the hole-like or crack-like local leakage problem that occurs in most of the water supply pipes,a new type of winding repair material with Highly elastic and highly viscous double sealing function is experimentally studied.Through the experimental research on the repair performance of two traditional materials rubbers and two traditional silicone wound repair materials,In combination with the water supply pipeline winding repair material,it should have characteristics such as corrosion resistance,high strength,high elasticity,non-toxicity,and no pollution.The selection of the composite substrate was carried out,and finally a 0.2 mm polyurethane film was used as the substrate.Using the substrate,the comparison of the type of adhesive,the concentration ratio,and the interface treatment method was performed,and the coupling effect between the adhesive and the substrate,the adhesive strength between the materials,and the degree of adhesion to the pipe were used.Finally,polyurethane-coupled adhesive was selected as the object of the optimization study of the new type of winding repair material.To study the feasibility and repair effect of polyurethane-coupled adhesive repair material for water supply pipeline repair,the physical and chemical properties and the effect on water quality were tested experimentally,and compared with the two typical repair materials that were LLFA water stop tape and ‘juyi' water stop tape.The results showed that the tensile strength of Polyurethane coupling adhesive was about 35 MPa,which was about 3.5 times that of the two typical restorations.the adhesion was about 11 N,and the elastic deformation was up to 450%,polyurethane coupling adhesive repair material has better repair performance.The water absorption rate is about 0.5%,the quality loss is less than 1%,and the impact on water quality is small and non-toxic.It meets the sanitary conditions of the water supply pipeline and can be applied to the repair of water supply pipelines.In order to verify the practical application of polyurethane adhesive glue repair effect,do ‘dynamic water'recovery test.Exploring the effect of winding repair with different material widths,different winding lengths,different winding thicknesses,different leaking shapes,and different pipes,it was found that in any case,a layer of winding thickness can reach a water pressure of 0.05 MPa or more.The thickness of the layer winding thickness can reach a water pressure of 0.15 MPa or more,the thickness of the triple layer thickness can reach a water pressure of 0.25 MPa or more,the thickness of the four layer winding thickness can reach a water pressure of 0.35 MPa or more,and the thickness of the five-layer winding thickness can be equal to the water pressure above 0.45 MPa,it can meet the pressure of urban water supply.At the same time,exploring the changes in material properties before and after pipeline repair failure,it was found that after the pipeline repair fails,the elastic reduction of the material exceeds 18%,the adhesion force decreases by approximately 40%,the tensile strength decreases by approximately 20%,and the material repair performance decreases.The use of polyurethane-coupled adhesive repair materials to repair holes or cracks in the form of partially leaking pipes can save costs,effectively reduce the leakage rate of the pipe network,save water resources,and achieve certain economic and social benefits.
