As an important measurement tool in power system,the accuracy of power meter has an important impact on the stability and efficiency of power system.In order to ensure the accuracy of the power meter,it is necessary to calibrate the meter regularly.The traditional manual calibration method is cumbersome,inefficient,and prone to error during long hours of operation.Existing automatic meter verification equipments have the disadvantages of low automation and poor generality.And the settle,fixing and wiring of the meter need to be completed manually.In view of this,it is of great practical significance to design a fully automated power meter calibration line equipment.In this paper,according to the requirement of meter automation calibration,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing automa tic calibration equipment at home and abroad,and combining with the actual requirement of the project,a pipelined automatic calibration system for power meter is proposed.Based on the existing meter automatic calibration equipment,combined with the pipeline,realizes the pipelining operation of the power meter calibration,and can simultaneously check several meters.The power meter calibration line control system is composed of a main control unit,a meter identification and grasping unit,a number of meter calibration unit and an assembly line conveyor belt.These functional units are connected together through a network to form a distributed system.The client/server architecture is used in the software architecture,and the data is stored uniformly in the database of the main control unit computer.This paper focuses on the design and imp lementation of the hardware and software of the main control unit and the meter calibration unit.In the hardware design,the meter calibration unit uses the industrial control computer as the controller,through the digital I/O board and the motor driver control board to control 15 electric actuator and the motor to realize the automatic upper and lower of the meter,the automatic wiring of the meter and the range adjustment function of the meter.In the design of the software,using C # language to develop the main control unit software and the meter calibration unit control software.The design of each function module is completed with the idea of modular design.A database is installed in the main control unit.The software uses ADO.N ET technology to operate the database and the instrument verification results are stored in the database.The actual test results show that the control system designed in this project satisfies the design requirement,the system runs stably,the function realizes normally.Under the control of the system main control unit software,the whole flow of the meter calibration can be realized from the transmission of the power meter,the upper of the meter,the wiring of the meter,the range adjustment of the meter,to the lower of the meter.
