Research On The Commissioning Schedule Management For High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor Demonstration Project Of Shidao Bay Company

High temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration project is China's own design,with the first four generation nuclear power of commercial demonstration power plant,which is a simultaneous project of scientific research,design and construction.High temperature gas cooled reactor is a new type of reactor,compared with conventional PWR,it is not mature enough in EPCS(design,equipment procurement,construction and commissioning)and other fields,especially the commissioning,we have no reference.Commissioning on the HTR demonstration project construction has important significance.Therefore,it is necessary to study the commissioning schedule management of the high temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration project,and improve the project management level through optimizing and improving the method and measures of the schedule control.This paper uses the literature research method,summarizes the progress of the domestic and foreign related research,based on the high temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration project,the problems existing in the commissioning schedule management are analyzed and studied.The commissioning is divided into two stages: commissioning preparation and commissioning implementation.It is deeply analyzed from the aspects of commissioning team construction,commissioning plan management,commissioning process control and interface coordination.In the light of the actual problems existing in the commissioning schedule management,the optimization scheme and guarantee measures are put forward,and good results are achieved.The construction of the commissioning team has been improved and the ability to commissioning team has been enhanced;The commissioning schedule is optimized to reduce the duration of the project;The commissioning information submission and interface coordination mechanism are optimized,and the commissioning efficiency is improved,effectively promote the smooth development of the commissioning work.The research results of this paper improve the existing commissioning schedule management problems in the follow-up to the high temperature gas cooled reactor construction.Commissioning schedule management has practical significance,but also provide a reference for the commercialization of high temperature gas cooled reactor.
