Research On The Schedule Management Optimization Of H Nuclear Power Unit Commissioning Project

Nuclear power,as one clean energy,facilitates the traditional energy structure and protects the ecological environment.In November 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)formally issued the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Electric Power,which defines the fundamental principles for the safe development of nuclear power.The construction of nuclear power project cannot be separated from project management,and project management takes schedule management as its top priority,which is known as "plan is the leading".Based on the commissioning project of H nuclear power project,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status of commissioning schedule management for project phase one with theories of project management and nuclear power commissioning schedule management.Based on the issue analysis of Unit 1 commissioning schedule,this paper exposes the contributing factors and root causes for the lag of the project.With respect to the contributing factors and root causes,this paper puts forward the solution and optimization plans from three aspects:the preparation of the commissioning schedule,the execution and a well control.On the basis of scientificity,feasibility,rigorousness and effectiveness of commissioning schedule management,this paper makes the commissioning task more comprehensive and detailed by a thorough decomposition of WBS work,which is composed of a series of detailed,comprehensive commissioning schedule network.Through strengthening the design supervision and perfecting the management mode of system turnover,the execution of commissioning schedule is ensured,the interface management of commissioning task is optimized,the organization of interface management is optimized,and the impact of external factors on commissioning schedule is reduced.Through the introduction of advanced P6 management software and the adoption of scientific methods to optimize the commissioning schedule network diagram,unit commissioning schedule management is therefore more intuitive and efficient,saving resources and improving the efficiency of commissioning schedule management.On the basis of the problem analysis and associated proposal,the feasibility of the plan is verified by the good practice of H nuclear power plant Unit 2 at the end of the paper.The research in this paper can provide valuable reference for the development of nuclear power in China.
