With continuous expansion of global airport construction and advancement of modern technology,in daily life,people prefer to choose travel by plane increasingly,at the same time,airports’ requirements about the electrical control of passengers boarding bridge are getting higher and higher.Under the circumstances,it is great significance to analyze manual control motion characteristics of the passenger boarding bridge under actual working conditions and to study automatic motion planning strategies of the passenger boarding bridge.Based on above proposed research objective,this dissertation designed a simulation test platform which can be used to test the automatic movement of passenger boarding bridge.Firstly,according to the electromechanical characteristics of passenger boarding bridge,set up the range of motion parameters such as bridgehead angle,bridge height,channel length,bridge angle and running wheel angle.Secondly,based on manual control movement characteristics of passenger boarding bridge,this dissertation studied the hardware and software architecture of PLC and human machine interface and designed the simulation test platform based on PC,Siemens PLC and Schneider touch screen.This dissertation analyzed characteristics of manual control of passenger boarding bridge under actual conditions and proposed the automatic motion planning strategy.Firstly,according to relative position of aircraft and passenger boarding bridge,this dissertation studied the influence of change angle of passenger ridge on other relevant parameters and the relationship between all parameters and analyzed the movement of the passenger boarding bridge.Secondly,based on the two main movement processes of passenger boarding bridge’s pre-position and park,this dissertation studied the automatic pre-position movement planning strategy and automatic park movement planning strategy under actual working condition to realize the automatic motion function of passenger boarding bridge;based on the cross relationship of automatic pre-position and automatic park,the modular design of the control program is studied to improve the reusability and design quality of the program;at the same time,took the mechanical characteristics of the passenger boarding bridge into account,studied the calibration characteristics of the passenger boarding motion parameters to realize the smoothness of the automatic motion process and finally the ten automatic movement planning strategies are designed based on automatic pre-position and automatic park.Thirdly,based on the requirement of visualization of test process,this dissertation studied how to dynamically display the movement parameters of passenger boarding bridge through human machine interface program,and designed the alarm function which can reflect the movement state of passenger boarding bridge.Based on the design of the passenger boarding bridge movement planning strategies and the simulation test platform,this dissertation finished the passenger boarding bridge design procedures for comprehensive test and the results of the analysis.Firstly,based on the ten kinds of motion planning strategies designed,this dissertation set up different test parameters and simulated the feasibility of the design strategy by simulating the automatic pre-position and automatic park.Secondly,this dissertation analyzed the motion parameters of ten kinds of motion planning strategies in real time and designed different motion combinations according to the analysis results and completed the final test and design of PLC program and human machine interface program.
