Transportation is the artery of a country.Since the reform and opening-up policy,with nearly 40 years of rapid development,China's transport infrastructure has made great achievements in facilitating the travel of the majority of residents and providing China's economic development with a strong guarantee.Due to many years' rapid development,the construction mileage of highway will reach the task of National Highway Network Planning(2013-2030).The focus of the work has gradually shifted from the construction to the maintenance and management stage.However,the bridge management mode is relatively backward.It is imperative to change the bridge asset management from extensive to fine by the establishment of efficient bridge asset management,change and improvement of the operational efficiency of the bridge and adapt to the current trend of information technology.Therefore this paper mainly combines the computer technology and bridge maintenance management and develops bridge maintenance management system.This paper does serveral jobs as follow.(1)According to the actual needs of the system,this paper chooses Browser/Server system development structure and uses Python + Django + My SQL to develop this system.This system includes four modules,such as basic information module of bridge,bridge performance evaluation module,bridge performance prediction module and bridge cost information module.(2)In the aspect of the design of the evaluation module of bridge,this paper select Highway Bridge Technical Status Assessment Standard as the performance standard of bridge In the bridge prediction module,a gray prediction model is selected to predict the future performance of the bridge.And this paper gives a gray model prediction code based on Python.In bridge cost information module,the bridge operating costs and preventive maintenance of bridge benefits were studied,based on the cost-benefit ratio formula,this paper establishes optimal maintenance time model of bridge.(3)Through the practical application of the Nanning River Bridge of Xinglin Highway,it mainly includes the assessment and prediction of the bridge performance,and then calculates the optimum bridge maintenance timing according to the cost-benefit ratio method.As a result,the bridge is carried out in the 6th year of the analysis period preventive maintenance cost efficiency ratio highest.Compared with the conservation timing proposed in Highway Bridge Technical Status Assessment Standard,the cost has been decreased by 16.9% and the benefit has been increased by 12.7% during the analysis period.
