With the increasing number of vehicles and people are paying more attention on safety,so retarders are being widely used.Current-eddy retarder is one of the most popular retarders using in China now,it is significant to research its performance.For current-eddy retarders,the heat dissipation performance is directly related to heat fade.What's more,the heat fade performance will affect the braking performance of retarders.So,this assay is focusing on the research of the heat dissipation system of current-eddy retarders.For the heat dissipation system of current-eddy retarders,the research sample is a retarder produced by my company.The research is based on the operational principle structure of current-eddy retarders,and the origin of retarder's physical field.The research explored the existing problem of the heat dissipation of retarders,analyzed the multi-physical field coupling in the basis of thermodynamics,optimized the heat dissipation structure,and produced an updated sample machine.The before and after data is also tested and recorded for analysis.The main content is as below:Looked into the current research of domestic and international heat dissipation system of current-eddy retarders,based on this and the use of retarders in China,proposed the problem about the heat dissipation of a kind of current-eddy retarders.From the basic principle and structure of retarders,physical field of retarders,usage of the sample current-eddy retarders,studied the existing problem of heat dissipation system of the sample retarder.According to the basis of braking power,eddy distribution,magnetic circuit analysis and temperature field,established the finite element model of heat dissipation of current-eddy retarders.Analyze the thermodynamics data of current retarder and it's updated sample,then get some results such as distribution of temperature field and flow field,the distribution of temperature field in thick disc axial,flow field's effect to heat-exchange,it is the theory foundation of the heat dissipation of optimization of retarders.Optimized the current-eddy retarder and produced an updated testing machine.Established the experiment platform of heat dissipation and recorded the before and after data after testing such as turntable wind speed,wind drag torque and heat fade performance.The heat dissipation of Current-eddy retarders directly impacts the braking of retarders.Analysis model of heat dissipation system,updated design of retarders,experiment platform in this assay is very useful for the optimization of current-eddy retarders.
