Since the reform and opening up,the political and economic system in our country has undergone great changes.In the past,the living style of the unit compound was changed and the housing system was gradually marketized,which created a new look of the built-up environment of our cities.With the economic development of our country,the improvement of people's living standards and the surge in the number of motor vehicles,traffic congestion,traffic accidents,carbon dioxide emissions and environmental pollution have become more and more serious,which has greatly affected the sustainable development of economy And the people live a happy life.As a kind of regular travel behavior,how to build a city by commute travel can better lead people to use non-motor vehicles and public transport commutes to become a hot topic for planning scholars and an important issue that managers care about.Built environment has a long-term locking effect on carbon emissions.In order to solve the traffic congestion and energy problems from the root causes and reduce the dependence on cars,we must understand the resident's assessment of the completed environment,residents' travel preference,attitude toward commuting,travel mode Attitude,in the "people-oriented" ideas to optimize the urban spatial structure,rational distribution of public facilities,the development of relevant policies.However,in previous studies,the scholars studied the built environment itself as the object that influences the commuting methods,ignoring the interaction between man's subjective position and man's built environment.This paper starts with the subjective perception of built environment,In the meantime,according to the relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper constructs the subjective perceptions of the built-up environment of residential areas based on the related researches at home and abroad Evaluation system,theoretical model and theoretical assumptions,using structural equation model MPLUS software to analyze the influence of the subjective perception of residential built environment on the choice of commuting methods.In order to validate the model,eight residential areas in Nanshan District,Shenzhen were selected as the research object to obtain the data,According to the results of the model analysis,the subjective perceptions of the built-up environment of settlements on the choice of residents' commuting styles and related hypotheses were determined.The internal causes and mechanisms were also analyzed in combination with the relevant studies.The conclusion was reached that the subjective perception of built-There is a positive mode of transportation Union,bicycle,car travel has a negative association,with or without the car,on the way to travel attitude,preferences have a major impact on commuting mode selection,in order to provide a basis for planning and decision support for urban planning scholars,managers.
