The source water of a Jinan Waterworks is from the Yellow River,but the pollution of the Yellow River water is very serious.With the improvement of living standards,how will the increasingly serious pollution of the Yellow River water purification with " Standards for Drinking Water Quality" of high quality drinking water,for the process water treatment is a severe test.The source water supply of the Yellow River plain reservoir located in the north of Ji'nan as the waterworks,the Yellow River water is pretreated by sand and reservoir storage,the water quality characteristics of the source water have been changed to a certain extent compared to the quality characteristics of the original design.And the process and equipment machinery are quite old,the whole process of waterworks is difficult,the water quality of the outgoing water is less stable,Sometimes it can not even meet the relevant water quality standards issued by the state,influence the safety of water supply in urban area.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to upgrade the water quality of the factory by upgrading the purification process.The water purification process of the waterworks has successfully declared the research topic of "the 11 th five water project" and has been listed as one of the supporting demonstration projects for water project.Guidance according to the experimental research effect of “water special”,Combined with the actual situation of the current process of the waterworks,comprehensive consideration and argumentation through various factors.Finally the process of the waterworks is determined to demolition and rebuilt for the first stage of the 86 year process.The scale of the process transformation is the same as that of the original one-stage project,it is still 200,000 cubic meters per day.By adopting “potassium permanganate pretreatment + ozone activated carbon”as the main depth of the processing technology,as well as the selection of type of high-density pool and v-shaped filter strengthening conventional treatment process,such as improving the factory water quality.After the technological transformation,the water treatment process of the waterworks shows the coexistence of two sets of processes,namely,conventional treatment process and ozone activated carbon treatment.This project will track and analyze the water quality of reservoir source from 2011 to 2013.In the three years,the change of source water turbidity,ammonia nitrogen,COD and other indicators is relatively stable,and the whole appearance the state of micro-pollution.After the processing of the old process,the overall water outlet can be under the threshold of the new national standard,in line with the factory water standard.However,from the point of view of the numerical value,occasionally there will be an indicator of excessive or close to the upper limit,which proves that the old process can't handle the water purification process in place.This paper discusses the existing problems of the old technology in waterworks,it can be seen that it is necessary to upgrade the old process to ensure the safe water quality.Based on the selection of the pool type and the whole process of the new process renovation project,the feasibility,advanced nature and effectiveness of the depth treatment are investigated.As the project is reformed,the relevant deep treatment technology has no precedent in Jinan and the surrounding areas.There is no correlation study reference case.In this paper,the pool type of sedimentation tank and filter pool is compared,and it is concluded that the pool type chosen in this process transformation accords with the actual situation of waterworks.By setting up six operating conditions,the cleaning effect of each water quality inspection project was compared and analyzed respectively.Finally,according to the total removal rate of the sorting assignment and list comparison.Finally,the value of O3 was selected as 2.0mg/L,and the overall water purification effect was better than that of H2O2,which was more suitable for the operation of waterworks.This conclusion can reduce the operation cost of the waterworks.And it has a good reference meaning to reduce the management investment of H2O2 Medicament Reserve and investment.By comparing the difference of water quality between the old process and the new technology,the effectiveness of the water quality treatment of the new process is demonstrated.According to the comparison of the whole process of new and old technology in the 11 months of 2015,the turbidity average of new process effluent is 0.22 NTU,the overall removal rate is 83.21%,The average water turbidity of the old process is 0.38 NTU and the overall removal rate is 76.89%.The CODMn average of the new process effluent is 1.52mg/L,the overall removal rate is 39.56%,the average of the old process effluent is 2.1mg/L,and the overall removal rate is 16.38%.According to the comparison of water quality of the sedimentation tank and filter in the winter waterworks,it can be seen that the water treatment level of the old process is obviously improved.In addition,through comparing the old and new technology of water purification processing cost,can be a simple accounting process after transforming overall running costs of the new technology the older technology increased,the cost per unit cost increased 0.3530 yuan.Through the related cost analysis can provide the data support for the production cost control of the enterprise,through the reasonable allocation new old craft water supply quantity carries on the expense reduction.This paper analyzes the results obtained by the process transformation of a waterworks in Jinan,and the Waterworks daily operation maintenance,as well as step Jinan with the scale and the water quality condition the waterworks construction project to provide the all has the extremely important significance and actual application value.
