Compared with the traditional coupling,hydraulic coupling has many advantages,such as simple structure,convenient assembly and disassembly,high torque transmission ability,and so on.It is of great significance to improve the safety and reliability of the transmission equipment.Hydraulic coupling has been widely used in engineering practice.In this paper,the analysis and research on the hydraulic coupling of multi-layer combined cylinder,the theoretical model of hydraulic coupling of multi-layer combined cylinder is established.The ANSYS software is used to analyze the stress and stress distribution.In this paper,the influence of structural parameters on the mechanical properties is also studied.Finally,genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structural parameters,and the optimum design scheme of hydraulic coupling is obtained.This paper based on the theory of thick walled cylinder and considering the influence of the taper,the theoretical model of the hydraulic coupling is established.In this paper,the formulas for calculating the axial combined pressure,transmission torque and assembling and disassembling oil pressure of the hydraulic coupling are deduced.This paper using ANSYS software,analyzes the stress distribution of the outer sleeve hydraulic coupling of the single layer and multi-layer combined cylinder under the installation condition.This paper studied the influence of the fit taper and the amount of interference on the maximum equivalent stress and contact pressure of the hydraulic coupling,the amount of interference change contact pressure level,and it does not change the distribution of the contact pressure distribution;taper change the contact pressure along the axial direction.The stress and contact pressure distribution characteristics of the hollow shaft with multi-layer combined hydraulic coupling are discussed.This paper based on the maximum shear stress theory,studied the maximum bearing pressure within the double layer of different materials,the same material three layer composite cylinder,and determine the optimal hierarchical principle.In this paper,based on the maximum strain energy theory and genetic algorithm,the single objectiveoptimization design of the maximum load carrying capacity of the multi-cylinder hydraulic coupling is carried out.This paper reducing the stress of each layer of multi-layer combined cylinder hydraulic as the goal,in the fixed parameters,the parametric finite element analysis method combined with genetic algorithm,established a finite element model for joint optimization of genetic algorithm,completed the optimization design of structure parameters of the multi-layer combined cylinder hydraulic coupling,obtained the multi-layer combined cylinder hydraulic coupling optimization design method.
