| According to status of utilization of the hydrauliccylinder and problems which it face at present in the field ofengineering machine. To carry on analysis of the hydrauliccylinder use condition for the concrete pump truck and theexcavator. A comprehensive analysis of static strength anddynamic strength and compression bar stability for thehydraulic cylinder for the concrete pump truck by finiteelement analysis software. Fatigue analysis of earrings of thehydraulic cylinder according to the results compared with theresults of traditional design method, confirmed that the finiteelement analysis method is accurate and available,valuable forthe design of the hydraulic cylinder. At the same time it isbetter than the traditional design method. For high efficiencyand big impact of the hydraulic cylinder for the excavator.Mathematics analysis of the buffer device. The mathematicalmodel is established by the MATLAB software package SIMULINK5.0simulation. Optimize conclusion according to the results. |
