Research On Optimization Method Of Tunnel Visual Environment Based On Vehicle Distance

China has the most quantity and complex tunnel engineering in the world,most of them in a state of illumination intensity.Driver’s perception of speed becomes weak because of monotonous environment,low illumination and enclosed spaces of highway tunnel,cause the drivers’ unconscious speeding behavior,the wrong judgment of the distance,and lead to tunnel traffic accident.Because of the difficulties caused by the closure of the tunnel,the whole road will be paralyzed if it is in an accident.Enhanced lighting is an ideal improvement measures for the tunnel,but it is high investment,high maintenance costs,the design method of visual illusion improvement in tunnel should be easy operation and low cost,to maximize benefits.Based on video simulation model made by 3dsmax,this article use psychophysical software E-prime 2 and driving simulation platform to compare trials between tunnel improvement before and after,and consider the degree of speed sensing and the distance of driving safety to be the adaptive characteristics of the driver’s vision in the tunnel.Several results can be obtained from the experimental.Firstly,the video produced by the 3dsmax simulation software can effectively simulate the traffic process of the vehicle in the road tunnel,and the collision model can reflect the vehicle collision process.Secondly,According to single frequency experiment and the combination of frequency comparison experiment,the degree of high and low frequency combination is more moderate then the degree of driver’s speed sensing of the single frequency,the result shows that through a combination of multi frequency of visual reference allows the driver to effectively judge the speed.Thirdly,side wall arrow markings and shield shaped marking contrast,when the edge rate is less than or equal to 0.4Hz,the arrow marking the driver of speed sensing capability is strong;when the marginal rate of >0.4Hz,shield shaped marking situation under the driver of speed sensing capability strong.We should choose the appropriate marking can play a good effect according to the actual situation.Fourthly,according to the combination of high and low frequency collision experiment,the combination of high ground frequency can reduce the safety distance of the vehicle,and to reduce the degree of sorting.Finally,to establish a safety distance model by utilizing mat lab software will traditional safety distance model and the tunnel traffic safety distance model for simulation analysis shows that the tunnel traffic safety distance model to calculate the safe distance shorter.In the premise of ensuring the safety of the improve road utilization rate.The inverse of reflective material on the tunnel signs marking design,in improving driver speed sense,the sense of distance,direction and save cost,save energy,introspection illusion of tunnel engineering projects and environmental protection and energy saving of harmony and unity.
