Research On Evolution Paths And Supervision Mechanism Of The Risks Of Passenger Group Conflict In The Aircraft Cabin

The safety of cabin is threatened by the cabin passenger group conflicts because of the precision of aircraft cabins.Passenger groups may protect their interests and express group values with group conflicts when the cabin environments are bad and flight delays are frequently because of reasons such as the passengers cabin safety concept is falling behind the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the airlines cabin passenger group conflict management standards are not unified,and the amount of passengers groups such as tour groups are increasing in the cabin.The group conflicts not only influence the safety of cabins,but also cause irreparable personal and economic losses to the passengers,crews and airlines.Based on the grounded theory,the thesis analyzes the conflict risk of aircraft cabin passenger group.According to group dynamics and structural equation,the cabin passenger group conflict risk evolution path is studied and the key impact factors of cabin passenger group conflict risk are determined.On the basis of these,the risk monitoring mechanism of the passenger group conflict is constructed.The thesis aims to determine the evolutionary path of cabin passenger group conflict risk with qualitative and quantitative analysis.To improve the ability of airlines dealing with cabin passenger group risk of conflict,reduce damages caused by cabin passenger groups conflict risk with the constructing of risk monitoring mechanism.According to the group psychology theory,the value accumulation theory and social burning theory,the thesis analyzes characteristics of cabin passenger group conflict risk.The cabin passenger group conflict risk is infectious,process,objectivity and damaging.The thesis extracts four factors with grounded theory,which affect the risk of passenger group conflict: individual factors,group identity,group role,cabin environment and management.According to the group dynamics,the interaction between influencing factors are analyzed and the concept model of the conflict risk evolution of cabin passenger group is established.Through the investigation method of the questionnaire,the measurement data of cabin passenger2 groups conflict risk and influencing factors are achieved.By the structural equation modeling technique,the conceptual model is validated.The study found that individual factors and group characteristics have a positive effect on the cabin passenger group conflict risk,the cabin environment and management influences the individual factors and the role of the group,individual factors and group role effect on group characteristics.At the same time,according to the results of path analysis,the thesis extracts twelve key factors.The thesis identifies the organizational structure and responsibilities of the cabin passenger group conflict risk monitoring mechanism.The thesis constructs the assessment index system of cabin passenger groups conflict risk with the key factors,and analyzes the risk assessment processes with the organizational structure of the risk monitoring mechanism.According to the purpose of risk monitoring,the control strategy of the passenger group conflict risk is proposed,including the real time control strategy and the risk assessment control strategy.
