As one of the three goals,schedule management plays a critical role to the quality and cost goals of construction projects,so it is the important problem to solve.Formulating a reasonable and effective schedule is an important part of the project schedule management and directly determines the success of the project.Under the new situation of construction industry upgrading transformation,the industrialized housing gradually increases.Compared with the traditional mode,the industrialization residential building is very different,so a new management mode is in urgent need,especially the schedule management.But the present research about the industrialized housing schedule management is in theoretical account and little.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the schedule management of industrialized housing project.First,based on the research of the industrialized residential development,this paper analyzed the difference on the mode,factor and technology of the construction between industrialized and traditional construction mode.Then it put forward the schedule management characteristics of industrialized housing.In basis of the research on the critical chain method,this paper expounded how it work and how to use it.Then it pointed out the advantages of it compared with CPM/PERT,the traditional project schedule management methods,which had provided the theory basis for later study.Second,it established project schedule model of the industrialized residential from the aspects to identify the key chain,to set the buffers and to evaluate the robustness based on the critical chain technology.The branch and bound method is adopted to get the shortest project schedule under the resource constraint,which is the benchmark schedule.And critical chain and non-critical chain could be identified.Then it set centralized buffers and scattered buffers respectively based on the characteristics of industrialized housing project construction mode,and put forward the evaluation index of quality robustness and solution robustness to test the robustness of the schedules.So it could find the suitable schedule model for the industrialized residential project.Finally,taking a residential project for case study,it established two kinds of schedules with concentrated buffers and scattered buffers,and made the random time of the activities to analysis the robustness of them.Thesis research results show that: now at the beginning of the industrialized residential construction,the project management organization structure and the production and installation process of the components are yet to be perfect.In this case,the scattered buffers schedule which is more protective to the activities' start time is more advantageous to realize the comprehensive benefits of the project.
