In order to reduce the weight of the floor,so we can achieve the purpose of saving steel and concrete,Professor Ma Kejian proposed "concrete open-web sandwich plate structure" concept.In this paper,the static and dynamic behavior of concrete open-web sandwich plate and the practical calculation method of bearing capacity are studied.1?In this paper,parametric analysis on the static behavior of concrete open-web sandwich plate under four-point supporting is discussed.The results show that internal force distribution of structure is similar to the open-web grids,and the stiffness of the frame beam,the total thickness and the rib stiffness are improved which helps to reduce the deflection of the floor.The change of the thickness of surface thin plate and the shear keys are ineffective on stiffness.2?This paper studys the influence of parametric analysis on the dynamic behavior of concrete open-web sandwich plate under four point supporting and simply supported at its perimeter.The results show that the mode shapes are different under the two constraints,and the simply supported at its perimeter is bigger.The stiffness of the frame beam has little influence on the overall stiffness of the structure,While the increase of height-span ratio and rib stiffness have a great effect.Stiffness of shear keys has little impact to the improvement of the structural fundamental frequency.3?Through equal stiffness conversion,I establish a number of cases of cross-beam system floor,and study the practical calculation method of the ribs to a further adjustment.According to the static behavior test of the concrete open-web sandwich plate,the calculation formula of the shear keys on the edge of the rib is introduced.4?Basing on a engineering example,this paper introduces the design and practical calculation method of the concrete open-web sandwich plate.The research work and conclusions of this paper can be applied to engineering practice reasonably and efficiently,which can provide this structural system with useful reference for the design,in-depth research and application,and create greater social and economic benefits.
