In the AMI network, smart meters deployed in consumers’ homes periodically report real-time power consumption data to the power company at a high rate. Then,in order to realize real-time monitoring and energy management of the power grid, the control center needs to analyze the data reported by the electricity meter.Among them,fine-grained electricity data collection is very important, but this data may expose users’ daily activities and pose a potential threat to users’ privacy. This paper studies the data security and privacy-preserving of smart grid from the perspective of identity authentication and multi-dimensional and multi-subset data aggregation. The main work is as follows:A lightweight authentication key establishment protocol based on group signature is proposed.First, use elliptic curve encryption algorithm and group signature technology to create a shared key,so that smart meters and gateways,as well as gateways and control centers can achieve two-way identity authentication during the communication process,so as to protect the authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of data,Thereby improving the availability of data.Secondly, the security verification of the proposed protocol is carried out through the simulation tool Pro Verif, and the correctness of the proposed protocol is proved under the CK confrontation model. At the same time, informal theoretical analysis shows that the proposed protocol can provide security attributes such as anonymity, untraceability, forward secrecy, resistance to replay attacks, and resistance to simulation attacks. Finally, performance analysis shows that the proposed protocol has lower computing and communication costs, and is more suitable for resource-constrained smart meters.A fault-tolerant and privacy-protected multi-dimensional and multi-subset data aggregation scheme is proposed.First, use super-increasing sequence to construct multi-dimensional data, and divide users into multiple subsets according to different power consumption, and use elliptic curve encryption algorithm to protect the privacy of users,so that the control center can only obtain high-fine-grained power consumption data.It is not possible to obtain the electricity consumption data of a specific user.Secondly,a fault-tolerant mechanism is designed using the Nyberg accumulator.Even if the smart meter fails, the proposed scheme can be executed normally without affecting the accuracy of the aggregation result, thus ensuring the normal operation of the system. The scheme is analyzed and proved by using Pro Verif simulation tool and random oracle model respectively. At the same time, security analysis shows that the scheme is anonymous and can resist replay attacks, false data injection attacks,manin-the-middle attacks, and internal attacks, and meet the security requirements.
