Fine Construction Management Research Of Prefabricated Concrete Laminated Beam And Slab

Prefabricated composite beam plate gradually has been widely used in engineering,but the corresponding construction management method,construction measures is not yet perfect,such as composite plate overhanging "beard reinforcement and cast-in-situ concrete beam longitudinal reinforcement in the process of hoisting collision problem is the difficulty in the project,when the beam with hoop stirrup longitudinal reinforcement to temporary bias,collision problem is particularly prominent,also greatly influence the construction progress and quality.For this reason,this paper studies the fine management of the construction management of prefabricated composite beams and slabs,including:(1)This paper introduces the concept of assembled composite beam and plate system and the connotation of fine management,and elaborates the key points of fine implementation from the perspectives of fine,specialized,collaborative,standardized and informationized.(2)Through the tracking investigation in the construction process,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in the construction quality of the assembled composite beam plate,among which the stirrup binding at the bottom of the beam is the most serious problem,followed by the bending of the whiskers of the composite plate,followed by the position of the longitudinal stirrup being pried,which will lay a hidden danger to the engineering quality.(3)Combined with expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process to discuss the influence factors and importance of construction management of prefabricated laminated panels.The top five factors are: management personnel,prefabricated component approach,site installation design,size,and construction process.(4)In view of the prefabricated construction main factors influencing the quality of the composite plate,from the perspective of fine construction management,and puts forward some prefabricated composite beam slab construction management optimization improvement measures,including the elaborating management,management of prefabricated in the refinement of management,fine management of precast composite beam component size,site installation design refinement of management,site installation process of fine management.(5)with a prefabricated composite board-cast-in-place beam system engineering as an example,the focus from prefabrication superimposed slab size,deepen design phase superimposed slab transportation,approach,acceptance and composite plate lifting construction technology of five aspects,such as fine management measures are adopted to be adopted in the engineering application prove the elaborating management method is reasonable and effective.
