In recent years, the scale of infrastructure construction represented by urban rail transit projects has grown rapidly. Its significant publicity and positive externalities determine that the outsourcers no longer regard investment control as the primary objective, but pursue public satisfaction,quality,duration,investment,multi-target unity. Therefore,a large tendering and bidding construction mode aimed at improving transaction efficiency and saving transaction time cost arises at the historic moment,to some extent, showing the trust and reciprocity tendencies of the departure party. As competition in the construction industry shifts from competition among individual enterprises to competition between supply chains and supply chains, based on the complexity, temporary and centralized supply chain characteristics of urban rail transit projects, the trust-based supply chain management helps to reduce transaction costs and reduce opportunistic behavior. Therefore, the trust mechanism among engineering supply chain enterprises has drawn wide attention.Because the initial trust of the contractor is the starting point of the trust research among project organizations, this thesis studies the starting path of the initial trust of the contractor in urban rail transit project from the perspective of supply chain management based on the qualitative comparative analysis method, and through the analysis of the path to enlightenment management. The specific contents are as follows:(1)Identification of the factors influencing the initial trust of the employer under the perspective of supply chain governanceThis study uses grounded theory to identify the factors that influence the initial trust of the employer.By analyzing the literature and interviewing, the original data is obtained and three levels of coding are performed by NVivo11 software to get the four dimensions of the initial trust of the employer: project attributes, employer characteristics, contractor trust characteristics, and project external environment.(2)Qualitative comparison and analysis of the factors influencing the initial trust of the employerOn the basis of clarifying the factors that influence the initial trust of the outsourcer, this study obtains the QCA fuzzy set data matrix of the initial trust factors of the outsourcers by making the four-point assignment to the influencing factors of the selected eight urban rail transit projects.Using fsQCA2.0 software to analyze the matrix, two high initial trust activation paths are obtained, namely: High project unit investment * Rich contractor has similar project experience * Good contractor reputation * High contractor ability * Better project local economic development level;Lower project unit investment * Less frequent contractor has similar project experience * Higher risk appetite * Good contractor reputation * Higher contractor capacity * Lower level of project local economic development.(3)Analysis on starting approaches of initial trust of urban rail transit project employerFirst of all,we analyze and give advice on the key influencing factors of contractor's initial trust initiation path,"contractor's ability" and "contractor's reputation".Secondly,we analyze the first path and the second path from the level of economic development, the characteristics of the outsourcers and the properties of the project itself. Finally, the management enlightenment is given, that is:(1)Optimizing pre-qualification assessment indicators to ensure that their work is scientific and effective;(2)Improve the efficiency of construction and give play to the leading role of economically developed areas;(3)Drawing on advanced experience,we can provide soil for the cultivation of tenders for tenders in economically underdeveloped areas.
