As the heat and power generation is in the majority of the power structure in northern heating area,whose production policy is "heat to electricity",what's more,the characteristics of wind power are volatile,anti-peak,which lead to serious abandoned wind issues of high wind power penetration grid in the heating period.At the same time,with the increasing permeability of wind power in the power system,the change of wind power fluctuation also brings challenges to the frequency modulation of the power system.The participation of large capacity heat storage in power system peak regulation can improve the optimal configuration of energy system in large space and time range.Therefore,in order to improve the ability of accommodating wind power in heating period,this paper based on the reasons of abandoned wind in heating period,uses the electric-heating and heat storage technology to improve the peaking regulation of power generation unit and enhance the power system load level.Moreover,the optimization scheduling model is established with the objective of maximizing the abandonment of wind to discuss the coordination scheduling strategy of the combined heat and power units and the heat storage system in the heating period.Then the four scenarios such as cogeneration configures heat storage,cogeneration does not configure heat storage,electric heating system configures heat storage and both the cogeneration and electric heating system configures heat storage,are optimized to simulate and compare the effects of different scenarios in absorbing wind power.In addition,as a controlled load,heat storage can not only eliminate the abandoned wind but also participate in the primary frequency modulation of the power grid.The frequency deviation of the system is maintained in the normal range by using the FM capacity of heat storage when there is abandoned wind power in the system and the Frequency does not meet the requirements.Therefore,a method of heat storage to participate in FM based on fuzzy control is presented.The method takes the system frequency deviation and the frequency deviation change rate as the input quantities and adjusts the power of heat storage for FM adaptively,so as to obtain the regulated power of the heat storage.Finally,the heat storage has good economic benefits in FM is proved in the test examples.
