Study On The Design Of High Efficiency Utilization Of Dining Room In College Canteen

The rapid development of science and technology has changed the campus learning and life style of university teachers and students.Meanwhile,this change also makes the university dining hall with traditional single dining function face new challenges of functional diversification and service humanization.As everyone knows,the current very popular mobile phone terminal catering delivery service APP,with online pre ordering,delivery,special recommendation and regular promotions and a series of convenient and humanized service,by the majority of teachers and students alike,but brought the canteen function weakened,dining space utilization rate reduce problems.In addition,because of the shortage of capital and land resources in many colleges and universities,the campus construction lacks the space to meet the students’ recreational exchange and other activities.Therefore,considering the construction of colleges and universities in China with the scarcity of resources,and the urgent needs of modern college students on campus cultural diversity in entertainment places,explore a new model using the efficient and intensive dining space of existing buildings based on the canteen,on the one hand can enhance the comprehensive utilization of the inner space of the dining room,on the other hand it can enrich and activate the atmosphere of campus culture education in Colleges and universities.Based on the study of college canteen dining space as the object,first of all,to the domestic and foreign outstanding cases are analyzed;secondly,from the consumer psychology and behavior of dining,dining at 90 students demand for university places in space,and a new era of network technology under the coverage of the dining room of the university development trend and so on,the investigation of some college canteens in Urumqi city and the status of current space problems,and analyzes the main factors of university canteen space in China use efficiency influence in our country from the survey data,and put forward the college canteen internal space utilization strategy;finally,taking Xinjiang University South campus dining activities center and the Xinjiang Agricultural University Heyuan dining space design as an example the practice of space efficient strategies,to provide ideas for later new university canteen design inspiration.This article is divided into five parts:The first part(chapter 1):introduction.The second part(chapter 2):the understanding of the dining building space in Colleges and universities.This paper mainly expounds the development of cafeteria in recent years in China,the analysis of the architectural space in college canteens,and the service characteristics of the dining room,so as to fully understand the current space use and design trend of College canteens.The third part(chapter 3):the present situation of College canteens.This paper makes a field investigation on the current situation of the main canteen in Urumqi’s large comprehensive universities,and analyzes the problems of the spatial function types and the current situation of the use of the space.The fourth part(chapter 4):the high efficient use model of college canteen space.This chapter,based on summarizing and analyzing the research status of the third sections of the canteen on the way to explore the space of the dining room,and taking college canteen embedded multi function space model as the key research contents,including influencing factors,the specific implementation,explore effective ways to improve the efficiency of the college canteen space of possible problems and solutions etc,and puts forward the design strategy of embedded multifunction.The fifth part(chapter 5):the design case of high efficiency utilization of college canteen space.In order to provide basic reference for the reform or design of other schools,the dining room design of two colleges and universities in Urumqi is carried out.The sixth part(chapter 6):the conclusion and the prospect.
