Rotor system is the core component of rotating machinery.Lubrication and vibration reduction are important ways to improve the performance of rotating machinery.Therefore,we research the influence of the journal surface processing method,which is an important part of the rotor system,on lubrication and vibrationis.First,by analyzing the removal mechanism of the comparison material,two typical methods of finishing are selected,namely the conventional finishing method grinding and the non-conventional finishing method electrochemical finishing.In order to form geometry wedge-shaped space of the dynamic pressure effect,we research the influence of the surface micro-geometry obtained by the two processing methods on the formation and strength of the dynamic pressure effect.The results show that the “arc-shaped” hollow body formed by electrochemical finishing is more effective.It is beneficial to the formation of lubricating oil storage and dynamic pressure effects.Secondly,with the help of a special rotor test bench,we compared the lubrication and vibration of the two rotors,which are electrochemical finishing and grinding.The optical fiber sensor and eddy current sensor were used to obtain the lubricating film thickness and vibration data of the rotor system and the data were analyzed.The experimental results show that the surface of the electrochemical finishing can improve the thickness of the lubricant film while improving the stability of the film thickness.Finally,analyze several geometry theory.On the basis of analyzing the influence of machining method on the surface micro-geometrical morphology,study the influence of surface micro-geometric morphology on the thickness and stability of lubricating film.Use ANSYS software and bearing characteristics theory to verify the relevant data.Study shows that the rotor Journal of processing method is thatchanging the surface of micro-geometric morphology to influence the rotor vibration and stability.The electrochemical finishing can reduce the rotor vibration and improve its stability.
