In recent years,the rapid development of new industrialization demands higher degree of intellectualization of industry.The traditional pumping station monitoring system requires workers' on-site observation.Even if some of them have been able to implement remote monitoring,but the development difficulty and application costs for remote monitoring are high,and there are communication limitations between the equipment monitoring and management personnel and the operator,the flexibility is poor,and the maintenance is difficult.Because there is no unified data storage center,it cannot achieve batch data storage and analysis,resulting in one-sided analysis results,unable to achieve collaborative production,there is a limitation of the local database,and the application is limited.The application of cloud technology is the trend of future technology development.Baidu is also actively promoting its platform to cooperate with various companies.Baidu Cloud IoT Platform is the leading and reliable Internet of Things platform that can provide industrial solution providers and enterprises with a variety of computing,networking,and storage products to meet the IT needs of different scenarios.Through the “material access” and “object resolution” services provided by Baidu Cloud IoT Platform,users can quickly and securely connect industrial devices to the cloud,and at the same time convert the relevant parameters obtained on the device into data for observation and analysis to improve the efficiency of enterprises and production strategy changes.At present,monitoring systems based on cloud architecture are mainly distributed in the fields of agriculture,navigation,and urban monitoring.Monitoring of this block at the pump station is not yet involved.On the basis of the research status of the domestic and foreign pump station monitoring systems and the application of cloud technology,this paper researches how to apply Baidu cloud technology to the development project of Jinshan pump station monitoring platform,and developed a monitoring platform based on MQTT protocol using Java language and monitoring data can be displayed on this platform in real time eventually.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Understand the Baidu software development kit(sdk),implement the connection between the gateway and Baidu cloud IoT platform based on the MQTT protocol,and complete the construction of external hardware devices.(2)In-depth study of the concept and working principle of the MQTT protocol.Explore how to use the MQTT protocol to design a monitoring platform and its necessity and feasibility.(3)Complete the system's overall framework design,platform setup,and the development of the pump station monitoring platform.The actual operation of the pump station monitoring system and ensures the availability and stability of the system.The final result shows that the pump station monitoring system designed in this paper can monitor the demand parameters,operation status,etc.of each pumping station in Jinshan District through Baidu Cloud,and can realize the alarm function for water quality parameters,water level,and abnormal flow.The monitoring system has been put into practical project application to improve the production and management efficiency,and verified the feasibility and practicality of applying Baidu cloud technology to the pump station monitoring.
