| After more than 20 years of rapid development,the Internet of Things,which was born at the end of last century,has become an irreplaceable technology in human production.The shadow of the Internet of Things can be seen everywhere in both daily life and industrial production.The rapid development of modern industry in China is closely related to the extensive application of industrial Internet of things in China.The traditional production mode relies on human resources to monitor the production equipment in the industrial production site.Due to the large number of equipment in the production site,it is bound to consume a lot of manpower.Coupled with the slow information transfer,it is difficult to carry out comprehensive production management,even now industrial production is changing to intelligent,many manufacturing industries still maintain this traditional mode of production.To solve the above problems,the use of the Internet of Things is a new trend of industrial production development in the future.This paper mainly focuses on industrial equipment and combines with the existing Internet of Things architecture to design a set of industrial equipment state detection system based on the Internet of things.This system adopts the samsung Exynos4412 as main control chip,using ESP8266 module as communication module,using TCP/IP network protocol and One NET cloud platform for communication and data transmission using MQTT protocol,the main control chip external sensors and terminal equipment,using the technology of embedded development,will be collected data with packaging,and through ESP8266 module USES the MQTT protocol to One NET cloud platform,cloud platform custom interface and the user’s Web client can real-time display industrial equipment state,cloud platforms have alarm mechanism,Users can set parameter threshold and alarm type independently,monitor the state of industrial equipment in real time and query historical data.Through the test results of the state detection system of industrial equipment designed in this paper,the data transmission of industrial equipment is smooth,and the real-time monitoring of equipment also meets the system requirements.The system saves manpower and material resources to industrial production,reduces the cost of development,users can use a variety of ways,is convenient to realize the industrial equipment of real-time monitoring,improve the efficiency of management of the management department,for industrial application scenario provides a concise and practical,for industrial iot real-time monitoring provides a reference solution. |
