In recent years,with the vigorous development of the automobile industry,the number of cars is increasingin the city.However,the shortage of parking space in the existing infrastructure construction has led to the problem of "parking difficulty".The phenomenon of "parking chaos" and "parking difficulty" commonly existing in public places has a huge negative impact on daily urban traffic travel.At present,the large-scale underground parking lot can partly alleviate this phenomenon,however,the complex terrain structure makes the parking process complicated and time-consuming and laborious,at the same time,it also brings "hard to find the car" problem.Therefore,the design and construction of intelligent parking services,real-time and effective parking guidance information,is an urgent task in the current parking management.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a location and navigation system based on WIFI indoor parking lot for real-time and effective parking and guidance information.The system uses the C/S pattern structure,with WIFI technology and the user Android operating system smart phone to realize the data interaction between the server end of the parking system and the client users.The server module provides the electronic map data collection and the free parking space detection in the indoor parking lot,and the client provides the fast positioning and route navigation services for the users holding the Android system mobile phone.In the first part,by comparing the existing wireless communication technology,WIFI technology is finally selected.the WIFI signal intensity threshold is tested and calculated for the RSSI values of different AP,and enough AP density source is arranged.Based on the analysis and comparison of several existing positioning and navigation algorithms;According to the application environment of the parking place,we choose positioning navigation algorithm as the algorithm of this subject.The second part : Based on the characteristics of WIFI technology and the function of Android smart phone.A parking location and navigation system is proposed and designed.Design of positioning and navigation algorithm module based on intensity threshold of WIFI signal.The mobile terminal has designed registration / login module,map guidance module and parking location query module.The server side has designed the Socket communication protocol and the electronic navigation map in the parking lot.And the parking information managementdatabase is designed,and the database structure is designed in detail.The third part:By using location navigation algorithm,the shortest path guidance module of indoor parking lot is realized.By using Map Activity software,the map of the parking lot is drawn.The client can load indoor maps from the server to provide navigation and location services to users.Building WIFI communication mechanism between smart phone and server side.It realizes the unified management of the database information in the parking server side,the inquiry of the client's parking space,and the route guidance.In the fourth part:the navigation system is tested,The user registration,user login,parking location query and database were tested.The feasibility of the system is verified.
