With the development of smart mobile phone, tendency of information technology and trend of the Internet of Things, smart home is becoming the direction of contemporary household life. Home network has the characteristics of convenience,modular, scalablility and independence. Wireless network technology can provide intelligent household system with greater flexibility and mobility, so the wireless network technology into the home network is becoming a mainstream trend in today’s smart household market. Based on Android Operating System, the design and research of a wireless smart home system has been realized.The composition of smart home system, the choice of network communication and terminal operating system have been analyzed in this paper. The WIFI and ZigBee technology have been chosen as the main network communication scheme of system.Finally, a complete solution of wireless smart home system has been designed.On hardware, the hard circuits mainly include the smallest systems of CC2530,power modules, smart switch system, Socket circuit, curtain circuit, environmental monitoring circuit and central controller. The smart switch system is mainly composed of single wire for electric circuit, thyristor driver circuit and touch panel. Both wireless network control and physical control have already been realized by smart switch system for the lamp. Smart socket and smart curtain circuit has used Triode drive relay to achieve on-off control. Environmental monitoring circuit has been used TC77 and MQ-2 to achieve temperature and gas collection. Central controller’s serial port connects RT5350 and CC2530, that has set up a bridge of communication between WIFI and ZigBee.As to software, the software systems mainly include the software design of the ZigBee network, 315 M radio network, WIFI network. To achieve the communication of the central controller and ZigBee terminal, ZigBee coordinator and terminal nodes have designed the programs to form a network, join the network and handle events. 315 M radio frequency transceiver programs have achieved the communication of smart light controller and touch panel communication. The software designs of WIFI network includes Open Wrt operating system, server, smart application software. Open Wrt operating system can realize the function of WIFI serial ports, it has used a serial port tocomplete the WIFI and ZigBee signal conversion to each other. TCP server have a fixed IP address and port number, the function of forwarding control instruction and verifing user name and password have been achieved. In this paper, login interface, main control interface, scene interface, setting interface and the interfaces of each room have been completed. Each interface has used TCP protocol to communicate with the server, saved the data in SQLite.In addition, each function of wireless smart home system has been tested after finishing the design. In the tests, the system performed well and reached the requirement of its expected.
