The engine room of a ship is the heart of a ship.The power plant and electrical facilities in the engine room provide the ship with all kinds of energy to ensure the normal operation of the ship,to ensure the normal life of the crew and to help the crew to complete all kinds of operations.Ship engine room is an important place to produce,transfer and consume all kinds of energy on board,and it is the core part of the whole ship.In addition to the power plant and electrical facilities,there are a large number of flammable oil and other combustible materials,once the operation error or be forgotten,it is easy to cause fire in the engine room.This paper analyzes the present research status of ship engine room fire,aiming at the fire accident caused by surface high temperature during the running process of ship power system machine,as well as the deficiency of the existing ship engine room temperature monitoring system.Taking the power system of the cabin of the DWT9200 oil tanker as the research object,the design of the temperature detection and prediction system for the DWT9200 ship engine room is presented.Firstly,the temperature detecting system of the engine room of DWT9200 is designed,the composition of the temperature detecting system is defined,the type and characteristics of the temperature detecting element are analyzed and compared,and the selection of the temperature detecting element is determined according to the actual situation of the engine room.The temperature field and flow field distribution of engine room power plant and electrical equipment are numerically simulated and the position of temperature measuring point is analyzed according to the result of simulation.Secondly,the temperature data acquisition and processing system of engine room power plant and electrical equipment of DWT9200 oil tanker is designed.The system uses thermocouple temperature sensor,data acquisition circuit and Cyclone IV-USB 2.0 multi-channel data acquisition card of Altera Company to make up the hardware part of the temperature acquisition system,and the temperature data display designed by LabVIEW software developed by NI Company.Playback and save programs are part of the system's software.Thirdly,the engine room temperature prediction system of DWT9200 finished oil tanker is designed.In view of the fact that the core technology of temperature prediction system is data prediction,this paper analyzes and studies the development status of existing data forecasting methods,and selects BP neural network algorithm as the mathematical algorithm of temperature early warning system.According to the flow chart of data prediction,the parameters preprocessing,training sample,test sample and expected output of the algorithm are studied and selected.Finally,the ship engine room temperature prediction system based on BP neural network is realized by using the graphical programming function of LabVIEW.Finally,according to the completion of the system,this paper summarizes the development of the temperature detection and prediction system of ship engine room.
