Along with the continuous development of urbanization process and increasing heating area,the demand of heat supply has presented consecutive growth trend which further requires the heating enterprises improve the quality of heating supply,energy-saving emission reduction.And to install monitoring equipment in each link of existing heating system,so as to accumulate a lot of data to master system operation efficiency in the deeper degree.The indoor temperature of the heating terminal user is the direct parameter which reflects the heating effect is good or bad,so the accurate monitoring of the temperature and scheme of provided operation parameter adjustment can further improve the scientific management level of heating enterprises.Wireless temperature monitoring system is designed in this paper consisted by the wireless temperature acquisition and monitoring center server.GPRS wireless communication has adopted by wireless temperature collector which can solve problems of distributed monitoring points and installation difficulties.The design of wireless temperature acquisition is using C8051F410 as the core controller and through DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to collect temperature data which sent by the MG323 GPRS module to the monitoring center server and the service center software uses the B/S structure(Browser/Server,browser / server mode).Here driver software predict the future outdoor temperature by using linear fitting algorithm which predict outdoor temperature of next 5 hours and fix by one hour.To minimize the error of the actual output and the expected output as long as possible,according to the feedback of outdoor temperature and users' room temperature change curve prediction to adjust the heating temperature curve reasonably and the heat transfer station adjust corresponding parameters in the meanwhile to achieve a reasonable distribution of heat.In the non-heating period,the device can be set to a low power consumption mode in the server side,and the power consumption is reduced.The results of experiment and debugging show that the system achieves the temperature monitoring.The whole system has a reasonable structure,perfect function which hardware and software design reached expected requirements,good temperature signal acquisition,more stable work,good real-time performance,strong anti-interference ability,low power and the accuracy can also meet the requirements.
