In recent years,the competition for maritime rights and the development of marine resources have been paid more and more attention.Unmanned Surface Vehicle(USV)has been widely used because of the advantages of flexibility,high speed,low daily operating costs and replacing the humanity to complete some demanding or dangerous tasks.The excellent performance of the USV is the prerequisite and guarantee for its effective completion of various tasks.In order to design an USV with excellent performance,this paper took the comprehensive performance of a certain unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft with anti-skidding surface including its rapidity,transverse and longitudinal self stability into consideration,conducted farther study on the rapidity,self righting,maneuverability and seakeeping,established mathematical model for comprehensive optimization of navigation performance,constructed improved optimization algorithm based on design variables,and finally compiled a complete comprehensive optimization software for unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft.A typical experimental study of the high speed unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft model based on the optimization results is carried out.By comparing with the non-optimized craft,it was found that the optimization effect was remarkable.In addition,this paper also integrated the integrated optimization software of unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft with the system identification software and response surface fitting software,and formed a relatively complete software for the optimization design of the USV.The shared use of integrated optimization software for USV based on "remote control" technology is realized.The specific research works are as follows:(1)Using an unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft with hydrofoil and anti spatter strip as research object,this paper designed a type scheme for this kind of USV.Through the establishment of the geometric model,and using Fine/Marine software to mesh,this paper carried out resistance numerical analysis and established the hull resistance database of the USV.(2)Established the optimization objective function and constraint conditions of expression including rapidity,maneuverability and seakeeping and overturning of USV.In which the rapidity target function selected the balance factor which is similar to the naval coefficient to express.Maneuverability evaluation function selected linear stability and rotation to express.Roll,pitch and heave was selected as seakeeping evaluation function.The anti overturning is described with upright floating initial stability and the opposite number of overturning stability.(3)Comprehensive optimization software for the USV was compiled,based on the variety of optimization algorithms and improvement strategy.Then different algorithms are selected for comprehensive optimization analysis.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms,this paper selected an optimal optimization method suitable for the hull of the design,and took the optimal calculation results as one of the basis of the unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft model.(4)The typical rapidity,maneuverability and seakeeping test were carried out on the optimized model of USV.Compared with the existing model test results,it was found that the performance of optimized design USV was better.In addition,based on the idea of system identification,a system identification software for rotary motion,roll motion and pitch motion of the unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft was adapted,and the test results were identified and analyzed.By analyzing the error between measured data and identification data,it was verified that the software has good identification effect.(5)The integrated optimization software and system identification and response surface fitting software of the unmanned gliding-hydrofoil craft are integrated,and a set of more perfect software for optimization design of unmanned boat is designed.This has been made into an user-side applications that you might want to install,which realized the remote paid use of software.With this method,the design cycle of ships can be obviously shortened,and the theory and method of naval research and design can also be enriched.It can provide guidance and reference for small and medium-sized shipbuilding enterprises and research institutes.
