As a kind of water vehicle with high flexibility,low operating cost and the advantages of being able to replace people in high dangerous environment,the surface unmanned vehicle has been gradually paid attention to by people.Based on the concept of ship performance and multi-disciplinary design optimization,this paper optimizes the type of the designed two-hull hydrofoil unmanned vehicle with pods.In the preliminary design,Z,on the basis of determining the design speed,displacement,main scale,various ship type parameters and profile lines of the unmanned boat,installed hydrofoil with adjustable Angle of attack at the head and tail of the boat to achieve drag reduction effect.In addition,a pod propulsion system is added in the longitudinal section at the stern of the boat,which can improve the overall navigation performance.The specific research work is as follows:(1)This thesis conducts design and selection analysis from three aspects of the type of the catamaran unmanned vehicle,hydrofoil and pod propulsion system.It includes the argumentative analysis of the type of the catamaran unmanned vehicle,the selection analysis of the wing profile shape,plane shape and hydrofoil position,as well as the selection and design analysis of the pod body and bracket.(2)Based on the mother ship transformation method,three kinds of mother ship data(residual resistance curve and hydrostatic curve)were selected to establish the mother ship database through response surface fitting software.Under the same calculation method and conditions,the mother ship C was selected as the mother ship ofthe catamaran UAV in this thesis through calculation and comparison.At the same time,four characteristics of the catamaran UAV(rapidity,seakeeping,maneuverability and capsizing resistance)were selected,and a mathematical model was established considering hydrofoaming and pod propulsion system.It includes the selection of objective function,the establishment of constraint conditions and the range of design variables.(3)The intelligent optimization algorithm,three single intelligent optimization algorithms(genetic algorithm,chaotic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm)and two improved strategies(parallel algorithm strategy,mixed algorithm strategy)are discussed and analyzed.The comprehensive optimization software is adapted based on the established mathematical model and the selected algorithm.(4)The comprehensive optimization software was used to calculate the boat model by using five algorithms respectively,and the improved strategy was better than the single algorithm,among which the parallel strategy had the best effect,and the optimal design variables and parameters of the optimal ship type were obtained.(5)The boat model was designed and made according to the optimized main scale parameters and ship type parameters.Select the appropriate hydrofoil,pod device,and system equipment,and finally complete a hydrofoil catamaran unmanned boat model with pod.The ship model has been used for the test,including the speed test,maneuverability test and seakeeping test,and it has been proved that the designed ship model has good performance.The prediction equation of roll motion can be obtained through the identification of roll data by the adapted roll identification program software,which also confirms the reliability of roll identification program software.
