| At present,China’s shipbuilding industry is still relatively depressed,and under the background of the supply-side structural reform,the transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding industry is in full swing.How to benefit from logistics has become a problem that should be considered in the transformation and upgrading of Chinese shipyards.The location planning of ship steel processing and distribution center is an important part of the research on the optimization design of steel supply chain,which is of great value.In Chinese,many shipyards have over-capacity problems,which leaves a great deal of space and equipment unused.Besides,in the steel logistics both of the specifications of steel,date of delivery can not be guaranteed.Considering of how to use the idle resources of the shipyard to establish the ship steel processing and distribution center to meet the demand of production and delivery time of the shipyard,this paper has do some research.First of all,this paper expounds the related theories of distribution center,and introduces the definition,necessity,functional characteristics and operating conditions of the ship steel distribution center,as well as the current status and problems of the development of the current ship steel logistics.The influence factors,principles and processes of the location of distribution center,and the common location model and method are also expounded and analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the location model of the shipping steel distribution center.Then,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the factors affecting the market and demand of domestic steel products at present.Combined with fisher best division,this paper applies the weighted Markov theory to forecast the demand of the shipyards on moving average by Matlab.Based on the shipyards’ request for the time of the ship steel delivery,this paper improves the location model with the Time Satisfaction Function.Moreover,to get a greater solution,this paper applies Particle Swarm Optimization based on differential evolution algorithm to solve the problem by Matlab,which can achieve the optimal location and distribution scheme.Finally,an actual case is used to carry out an example analysis.In this part,the prediction method mentioned is used to predict the future demand of steel processing and distribution in the 5 large shipyards.Besides,the location of the distribution centeris planned according to the improved location model,which is obtained by improving the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the model is verified. |
