Automatic warehouse plays a very important role in the whole logistics process.It is mainly used in distribution and manufacturing.It has the characteristics of saving labor,high accuracy of operation and high utilization rate.In the manufacturing company,the automated warehouse could accelerate the conversion of raw materials to semi-finished products and finished products,and ensure that the goods supply every link of the product in time.Its working model directly affects the efficiency of its own operation,then affects the production efficiency of the factory,and ultimately affects the operation cost of the company.However,there are many problems in manufacturing enterprises such as stacking on the ground and many time of goods being left out,which greatly reduces the operation efficiency of enterprises.In the program of“13th Fiver-year”,it is proposed to improve the equipment level,optimize the production process,accelerate the elimination of backward technology and equipment,and accelerate the upgrading of the product.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and application value to carry out research on automatic warehouse.This paper taken the goods of a Jiangsu marine equipment company as the research object,carried out the design of a large tonnage automatic warehouse.The automatic warehouse consists of 6 row of fixed shelves,3 stacking machines and a roller conveyor line.There are 6 floors and 6 rows in each row of fixed shelves.The area of the warehouse is9.8m*9.8m,and the height is 6.6m.And the mechanical properties were analyzed.The bending strength bending rigidity are all less than allowable values under full load condition.The design of the entire automated warehouse is in line with the actual using requirements.Then the research on the warehouse slotting optimization was carried out based on the automatic warehouse designed.An optimization model was established to improve the efficiency of the warehouse,reduce the overall center of gravity and balance the workload of the laneway.The evaluation function of the target was established through the ideal point method.Then the bacterial foraging optimization algorithm was applied to simulate in the MATLAB.The value of the function is reduced to 1.95 from 18.16 after optimization.After optimization,the placement of the goods is more reasonable and orderly,the efficiency is improved,the overall center of the shelves is reduced and the stacking machines are reasonably used.Finally,taking the time as the object of the stacker for the goods to carry out the study of the access route optimization.A new mode of access was proposed.The optimization model based on the shortest walking time of the stacker was set up.Then the bacterial foraging optimization algorithm was applied to simulate in the MATLAB.The time of stacker is shortened by 80%after optimization,which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the stacker.
