The world's manufacturing industry tends to develop on a large scale.While improving their manufacturing capacity,enterprises are also striving to reduce the cost of material transportation and further increase the benefits of enterprises.Stereoscopic warehouse is introduced into logistics industry,which greatly improves the speed of logistics circulation and reduces the cost of production.In order to improve the efficiency of enterprises,it is an effective way to solve this kind of problem to study the storage location of materials in solid warehouse and increase the rate of materials entering and leaving warehouses.On the basis of summing up the previous research on such related issues as stereoscopic warehouse,this paper focuses on the path and speed of stereoscopic warehouse.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,according to the research needs of the subject,taking the single-column stacker as the research object,the SolidWorlks is used to complete the three-dimensional model of the warehouse,and the corresponding structure is designed for material selection.In order to verify whether the selected parts meet the design requirements,this paper calculates the deflection of the column,chooses gear material,uses ANSYS software to carry out stress analysis,checks whether the selected materials and design structure are reasonable.Secondly,the speed control design of the three-dimensional warehouse is analyzed,the control system of the three-dimensional warehouse and the addressing mode of the stacker operation are determined,and the appropriate driving motor is selected according to the calculation.The mathematical model of the speed control system of the three-dimensional warehouse is established.A multi-mode controller is designed by combining traditional PID control with fuzzy PID control.The simulation model of stacker speed control is established by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control and the traditional PID control are used to optimize the speed control of the warehouse under different working conditions,and the simulation results verify the efficiency and stability of the warehouse.Finally,the problem of routing optimization of material access in three-dimensional warehouse is studied.Because the path research of warehouse materials is a multi-objective problem,this paper chooses genetic algorithm to optimize the path of the warehouse by analyzing the use of the commonly used intelligent algorithm in the warehouse.Through the result analysis and verification,genetic algorithm can improve the efficiency of the warehouse.This paper mainly designs and analyzes the three-dimensional structure of the three-dimensional warehouse,and studies the speed control of the three-dimensional warehouse and the related issues of materials entering and leaving the warehouse.The problems studied in this paper are in line with the needs of social development and have part of social research value.
