There are many kinds of three-dimensional warehouse,one of which is the stacking of three-dimensional warehouse,hereinafter referred to AS the AS/RS(Automated storage and Retrieval system).Stacking warehouse with the advantage of computer technology in the field of control and management,making use of the characteristics of multi shelf storage,and combined with other warehouse logistics equipment realize implementation of safety,high efficiency,high capacity storage function in the warehouse monitoring management system.It uses stacking type stereoscopic warehouse with a complete set of the AGV,RGV automation equipment to realize the goods out of warehouse and into warehouse.Warehouse management efficiency plays a vital role in enterprise's development.Storage conditions is the important factors that affect the in-out warehouse efficiency.Theory research and application of slotting optimization and multitasking scheduling plays an important role in improving the goods loading and unloading efficiency and reducing the storage cost.Therefore,the research of the three-dimensional warehouse has good economic value and social benefit for the warehousing enterprise and the country.On the basis of the comprehensive development situation at home and abroad about the automated stereoscopic warehouse and the research of slotting optimization and multitasking scheduling,this dissertation has an extensive and systematic study on slotting optimization and multitasking scheduling combining the actual situation of development in the warehouse.The main jobs as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem on the shelf space optimization,the two angles of shelf safety and warehouse operation efficiency are conducted in the article.The stability of the shelves and the efficiency of goods out of storage as the starting point of the two objectives are considered in the article.Based on the shelf stability and the efficiency of goods out of storage,the article establishs slotting optimization mathematical model.Because there are two factors affecting the slotting optimization,this article transforms multi-objective problem of slotting optimization into single objective problem by assigning different weights for the convenience of study.Because of the low convergence of genetic algorithm in solving complex problems,hill-climbing algorithm as an operator to supplement the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of genetic algorithm in this article.Through the simulation of MATLAB software,the genetic algorithm is better than the genetic algorithm in solving the speed and accuracy.(2)For multi task scheduling problem of stacker complex operation,a mathematical model of multi task scheduling is established in this article.The reasonable matching scheme of out of work tasks and storage tasks by adjusting the order of out of work tasks is found out in the article.This article solves Multi task scheduling problem using genetic algorithmand is solved in this article.The validity of genetic algorithm is proved by the simulation software MATLAB.(3)Based on the slotting optimization and with C#.NET and SQLServer2008 as tools,a prototype management system of single row shelf is developed combined with MATLAB simulation program.Through parameter settings of optimization algorithm in the system,slotting optimization and multi task scheduling is verified and the effectiveness of the prototype system is proved...
