More and more security problem during the process of crane-working become increasingly prominent,light influence production,thereby causing loss to the economy,or lead to equipment damage,give workers life safety threat.About crane traditional detection,evaluation method mainly depending on the mood,regularly for spare parts and small sample test failure probability calculation,caused by unreasonable test cycle,low accuracy of the test questions.Based on this,this article with some companies active SVW3 type bridge crane as the prototype,the overall design according to the related standards for this type of crane technical conditions meet the requirements of the test and inspection,the integral metal structure and electric control system for the comprehensive safety assessment research and analysis.Based on the above problems,this paper takes a certain companies active SVW3 type bridge crane as the prototype,the main important research aspects for the safe operation of the mechanical structure analysis,according to the related standards for this type of crane's overall design,the requirements of technical conditions and the machine running,first of all,its electric control system of the vulnerable points,accident prone,such as a brief security screening,reduce the experiments for the electrical system failure cause threats;This paper focuses on the analysis and research on the mechanical structure of the major operation safety accidents of the bridge crane.This paper lays a foundation for the research of related subjects.According to the physical structure of data,Using Pro/E to SVW3 type bridge crane structure framework for 3 d modeling,through ANSYS software,under no-load and load conditions,on the car,girder and beam,the main hoisting drum bearing simulation analysis,based on the effect of trying to value confirmed the strength of the typical stress and strain point location,the strength of the eight typical stress point,as the simulation analysis;The feasibility of the simulation experiment was verified by field test and data acquisition and comparison with experimental simulation data.Finally,SVW3 type of the car,main girder and end of the bridge crane beam,the hoisting drum paper,checking calculation of bearing type at the same time for SVW3 intensity of bridge crane bearing the most weakness point(2 points)stress data statistics,and working out the load spectrum,using fatigue algorithm is revised by the empirical equation of Miner linear cumulative damage theory analysis to estimate the fatigue life,the site of the estimation to the service life of the machine again.This evaluation method has high evaluation rationality,accuracy and reliability,and is of positive significance to the research on the prevention and safety evaluation of crane accident.
