Comparative Study On The Design Of Local B&B Both Sides Of The Taiwan Straits From The Perspective Of Homologous Culture

In recent years,with the development of China's social economy and culture,tourism economy has gradually become a new growth point of national economic and social development.Tourism has changed from traditional sightseeing tourism to leisure vacation tourism,and consumers are more inclined to participate and experience in the process of leisure tourism.With the rapid pace of life in the process of urbanization,people are eager to escape the hustle and bustle of the city,put themselves into the mellow suburban villages with local cultural atmosphere,and relax the nervous nerves in return to nature.Accordingly,the local homestay as an important holiday carrier also develops rapidly.After years of experience in developed countries and Taiwan,home stay has been well established in the fields of law,regulation,industry system and theoretical research.At present,the theoretical research of home stay in China is not compatible with the actual construction speed,especially the development of new rural strategy and rural tourism.There is no timely reflection on the emergence of the homestone,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the home stay industry.People on both sides of the Straits share the same roots and have a long history and cultural origin.This article focuses on this,using the cultural anthropology method,according to the cultural homogeneity between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits,and the design of the inner cultural values and the way of production and life based on the local homestay.First of all,the thesis discuss and define the scope of object of study,research,research methods,development of a home stay facility industry at home and abroad,the related literature classification andsummary with laws and regulations,define the home stay facility and the concept and types of rural home stay in the moment.Based on the perspective and method of cultural anthropology,the empirical case of rural folk house in Taiwan is analyzed and interpreted in detail.The author visited Taiwan: Taipei,taitung,Hualien,yilan,etc.,and conducted field investigation and investigation on the local residents.Collected a large number of information photos,live interviews and relevant policies and regulations related to home stay.According to the above research and experience,this article by the local space of the home stay facility reconstruction and the relationship between Angle,discusses to the vernacular dwelling houses transformation as the core of a home stay facility the development of production and life style,space transformation in the cultural experience and value system of how in a home stay facility relationship and identity of the owner and traveling,gradually from condensation,and form a discrete type of community.Paper main research contents include three parts,the first part of the system combing the process of rural home stay facility design and development across the Taiwan straits,analyze its success or failure factors in the process of development and the formation regularity.The second part analyzes the thoughts,strategies and methods of the design of local people's residence in the Taiwan straits from the perspective of cultural anthropology,and probes into the significance of the development of the design of Chinese rural residential home.The third part,through the application of practice,examines its design ideas and methods for reference in the sustainable development of rural residential buildings in mainland China.Article focuses on using the perspective of cultural anthropology and the research method,with local cultural experience of home stay facility design and the production way of life as a research focus,to explore the inner of local home stay facility design success and development across the Taiwan straits cultural power,for the sustainable development of the rural home stay facility design to explore a new path.Through the above research,it has been found that,in addition to the production and operation mode of the livelihood of the owners,it isalso the typical embodiment of tourists' pursuit of the ideal lifestyle.The main guest exchange is more to discuss the life style cultural identity and the value embodiment.In addition to the basic requirements for security,cleanliness and comfort,local residents also emphasize the differentiation of regional characteristics and the authenticity of rural cultural experience.It is hoped that this paper will provide help and enlightenment for its sustainable development.
