With the rapid and lasting development of China's economy,infrastructure has gradually improved.We will build a high-speed railway network,focus on expanding the effective supply of passenger transport,and accelerate the construction of a skeleton that will be dominated by high-speed rails.A new railway line is being constructed to face a new type of concrete box girder,and existing bridge erectors cannot meet the requirements for lifting new type box girders.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new type of bridge erection machine to meet the lifting of the new box girder.The main research contents of this article include the following aspects:(1)Analyze the overview of domestic and overseas bridge erectors and analyze the typical models and characteristics of existing high-speed railways and highway bridge erectors.Two new types of bridge erection machines are proposed,one is a guide beam type bridge erector and the other is a guide beam type bridge erector,and the technical characteristics of these two models are introduced.(2)First of all,the structure and size of the two schemes are designed so that their dimensions meet the design requirements.The metal structure theoretical analysis method is used for the two schemes,respectively,to make them meet the conditions of strength,stiffness and stability of the whole machine,and at the same time to meet the requirements Through 250km/h and 350km/h tunnel sections and tunnels,such as the import and export of girders.Secondly,through qualitative and quantitative two-level comparison of multiple indicators under the two schemes,combined with the decision-making based on the analytic hierarchy process,to obtain a reasonable program.Then the rational state of the main beam of the metal structure is calculated using the limit state method.(3)Using ANSYS large-scale finite element structure analysis software,a three-dimensional solid model of the main beam of the metal bridge structure of the new type of bridge erection machine was established based on the APDL language.The static and modal characteristics of the main beam were analyzed,and the simulation results were compared with the theoretical calculation results to verify the new bridge.The rationality of the design of metal girder main beams.(4)Optimize the lightweight design of the main beam of the metal bridge structure of the rational scheme.Under the requirements of the bearing capacity and the beam passing through the tunnel,reduce the weight of the bridge crane and obtain an optimal main beam structure to reduce the bridge erector.Manufacturing costs.At the same time,C Sharp software is applied to the Windows platform to develop a new parameter optimization design software for main beam structure of bridge erecting machine with the.NET Framework version 4.5.Finally,the optimized main beam structure is again analyzed by finite element method to verify the rationality and correctness of the optimized structure.
