A Study On Planning Of Tourist Town

With the development of the co-ordination of urban and rural areas and also thenational economy, the domestic tourism market expanse further and further, theconstruction of the small tourist town is in full swing. These tourist towns in theprocess of rapid development, but also encountered some problems. Scientific andrational planning for such a town, there is help to solve these problems, and promotethese towns better and faster development of. So, this paper attempts to research ontourist towns in order to propose design ideas, strategies and methods for planning.This paper focuses on tourist towns planning, mainly from the resources, industrialplanning and space design aspects of the research and exploration. First, the paperbased on the new situation of the departure from tourist towns development, carry outseveral major definition of the concept, clear thesis research methods and routes.Second, the paper based on the town domain view of resources, combined with thetheory of cultural landscape, study the tourist town’s tourist resources, analysis,evaluation methods. Third, the author think about the departure from theunderstanding of tourism industry in tourist towns, combined with the three existingtourism industry theory, guide and design the industry of the tourist towndevelopment strategy. At last, the author suggest that the usual small town planningmethod is difficult to meet the aesthetic needs, should study the spatial planning oftourist town from urban design. This paper discusses the process used the samepractice case-DiPai town, to verify the opinion. Major awareness and conclusions ofthis paper are as follows:（1） In tourist towns, we should establish a comprehensive understanding oftourist resources, tourism resources where those tourist towns are all things fromnature to the humanities. The theory of cultural landscape is effective theoretical toolof tourist towns resource analysis and evaluation.（2）The pattern of industrial development of tourist towns, should be more in-depth around the tourism industry to build. Development of tourism should notonly is the goal, to be able to drive to the town domain industry forward.（3） The aesthetic of tourist towns need to determine its spatial planning shouldpay attention to the landscape design.We should start from the urban design study ofits overall space design.
