Pulse diagnosis is one of the important diagnostic methods and it plays an important role in the basic theory system and clinical practice in TCM(Tradition Chinese Medicine).At the time of diagnosis,the doctor mainly puts the finger at the pulse point of patient's left and right hand iliac artery,and perceives the pulse pulsation under the different pulse pressure through the touch of the finger of the finger,and extracts the physiological and pathological information of the human body as the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment..However,the skill of pulse diagnosis needs long-term learning and practice,and the accuracy of diagnosis is related to personal perception and clinical experience.In order to overcome the above problems,more and more researchers have used modern science and technology to simulate the process of diagnosis and treatment of TCM in recent years,which used to solve the subjective problem and reveal the scientific mechanism of TCM.However,most of the pulse diagnosis instruments at the present stage stay in the experimental stage,and they are bulky and unable to carry,which is difficult to promote and apply.In view of the above situation,this paper firstly analyzes the pulse diagnosis process of TCM on the basis of objective research of pulse diagnosis,determines the functional requirements,key technologies,and implementation methods of wearable pulse diagnosis system,and establishes the working principle and overall design scheme of the system.Secondly,in order to guarantee the objectivity,accuracy and high efficiency of pulse signal acquisition,this paper has conducted in-depth research on pulse signal acquisition technology.According to the characteristics of the pulse signal and by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several common sensors,the PVDF piezoelectric film is selected as the pulse sensor of the wearable pulse diagnosis instrument.The detection principle of the sensor is in accordance with the characteristics of the pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,and has great advantages in the acquisition of the dynamic pulse signal.At the same time,the circuit structure is designed and optimized from the perspective of sensing principle,signal characteristics,and sampling performance to ensure that the human pulse information can be collected efficiently and accurately.Thirdly,this paper carries out relevant research work on pulse signal processing and analysis technology on the basis of objective acquisition.In view of the acquired pulse signal still contains interferences such as high-frequency noise and baseline drift,wavelet denoising and improved threshold method are used to filter the two kinds of noise.On the premise of noise reduction,the pulse signal is analyzed from three aspects of time domain,frequency domain and time and frequency domain,which can extract the characteristic parameters that reflect the essence of the pulse signal.Finally,based on the analysis of the key factors of pulse diagnosis,and according to the actual requirements,and on the basis of the study of the two key technologies,this paper focuses on the overall design and implementation of the wearable pulse diagnosis system from three aspects: adaptive wear,independent pressure and accurate collection.The hardware structure and software structure of the wearable pulse diagnosis instrument system are given in detail,and the integrated use of Chinese medicine,Bionics,mechanics,sensing technology,and computer technology to design the wearable pulse diagnostic system that can simulates and replacement of TCM.
