Research And Application Of Vehicle Logistics Cost Control Plan For A Company Passenger Vehicles

At present,the domestic auto industry has developed rapidly.China's auto production and sales have ranked first in the world for eight consecutive years.The vigorous development of the automotive industry has promoted the rapid development of the passenger vehicle logistics industry.Passenger vehicle logistics is an important part of the automobile supply chain,and it is the link between the vehicle manufacturer and the end-user.It has a significant impact on the automotive industry.From the perspective of the status quo of the vehicle logistics development of passenger vehicles,it has shown such problems as “high cost,difficult accounting,and large sunk costs” and is the biggest obstacle to the development of vehicle companies.Therefore,the research on the control of passenger vehicle logistics cost is great significance to promoting the development of vehicle companies,enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and the robustness of the automotive supply chain.Based on this,the paper puts forward a cost control scheme of passenger vehicle logistics in order to solve the main problems existing in the current passenger vehicle logistics cost control and provide new ideas for cost control in the industry.Firstly,discover research issues.The paper sorted out the current development status of the passenger vehicle logistics cost control,conducted in-depth analysis based on the status quo,and found that the main research questions in this paper.Secondly,the overall research on the passenger vehicle logistics cost control is carried out.The thesis combines domestic and international research and the status quo of passenger vehicle logistics cost control.Then,based on the analysis of the difficulties in the research problems,the paper selected the technology and methods of vehicle logistics cost control,and proposed the overall plan for vehicle logistics cost control of passenger vehicles.It mainly includes the accounting control module with TDABC as the core and the evaluation and supervision module with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model as the core.Then,according to the overall plan,the passenger vehicle logistics cost accounting control module based on TDABC method is studied.According to the main research problems found in the dissertation,use the TCABC method to scientifically calculate and decompose the passenger vehicle logistics cost,and obtain the clear composition and distribution of the passenger vehicle logistics cost.Find out the key operations in the passenger vehicle logistics,set up a transportation operation cost control model to carry out local key control.Then,according to the overall scheme,the passenger vehicle logistics cost control performance evaluation module is studied.In order to comprehensively control the vehicle logistics cost and improve the overall level of cost control,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on combined weights to establish a passenger vehicle logistics cost control performance evaluation model.Finally,conduct an example analysis.At the end of the thesis,Y company will be taken as an example to verify and analyze the vehicle logistics cost control scheme put forward in the thesis and prove the effectiveness of the scheme.
