Under the background of a new type of urbanization with a human-centered and quality-oriented approach,the urban planning industry is facing a return to normality and enhancing the requirements for rational transformation.As the core level of China's urban and rural planning system,the overall urban planning plays an important role in the development and construction of the city.The overall urban planning provides the basis and guidance for the preparation of subordinate planning,and how to improve its scientific nature has been widely valued.In China's current urban and rural planning system,the lack of a quantitative study of the land development scale and development intensity control indicators during the urban master planning stage has led to the disconnection between the general regulations and the lower level planning,which has affected the long-term development of the city.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the interactive optimization of urban traffic capacity and land development intensity at the level of urban master planning.This paper analyzes the integration of land use and transportation,and focuses on the land use planning and urban transport planning in the urban master plan.Based on the interactive relationship between land use and traffic,the land development intensity and the road network carrying capacity Two objects that can be quantified by indicators can be analyzed.Through software analysis,an interactive optimization model of land development intensity and road network traffic capacity can be established under the visual environment to balance supply and demand between road network carrying capacity and road traffic demand.The degree evaluation provides a theoretical basis and method for the adjustment of land use planning and road traffic system planning and the formulation of indicators in the overall master plan for Kuche County.The paper firstly analyzes the problems faced by the preparation of urban master planning in the urban planning transition period,and discovers the importance of predicting the reasonable intensity of land development at the master planning stage.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the visualization technology of the master plan,and proposes the advantages of the modeling method chosen in this article.After that,the two factors of supply and demand of urban transportation and their mutual relations are summarized and analyzed.In China's current urban planning system,there are few methods for formulating planning indicators through the analysis of traffic capacity during the preparation of the master plan,and less practical use of quantitative methods for the integration of traffic and land use to study land development intensity..Therefore,this paper proposes research ideas for interactive optimization of land development strength and road traffic carrying capacity.Based on CGA 3D modeling and traffic demand forecasting model,TransCAD and CityEngine software are used to establish interactive optimization between land development intensity and road network traffic carrying capacity.model.The degree of saturation of the road network is used to determine the degree of balance between land development intensity and traffic capacity of road network,so as to provide a basis and method for optimal control of land development intensity control indicators and road systems,and to make up for the total regulation stage for land development intensity research.Insufficiency,quantified assessment and control of the form and scale of the city at the level of the overall plan,and reduce the subjective arbitrariness of the formulation of land development intensity indicators at lower levels.Finally,the Kuche City Master Plan is selected to conduct an empirical study to verify the feasibility of the research ideas and the operability of the model,provide a more reasonable basis for the development of control indicators for land development intensity in the overall planning phase of the city,and optimize the overall plan.
