Research On The Quality Requirements Of Engineering Management Professionals Under The Development Of The Construction Industry

Architecture is one of the basic needs of human survival,the development of industry and city needs lots of housing and infrastructure.The construction industry is also an important material production sector of our national economy,which is related to the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standard.In 2016 the total output value of China's construction industry reached 19.3567 trillion yuan(It is the data of all qualified construction contracting and professional contracting construction enterprises,without labor subcontracting construction enterprises)with a 7.09% increase over 2015.The total output value of the construction industry also shows a trend of sustained growth.With the development of the construction industry,the field of construction engineering is expanding,and the development trend of the construction industry is large,complicated,internationalized and industrialized.In the trend of development,modern project management is not only the traditional quality,progress and investment control,quality requirements for project management professionals in the construction industry is also increasing,improving the comprehensive quality of engineering management professional personnel to adapt to the development needs of the construction industry is an important subject in the higher colleges of Engineering management education.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the real needs of engineering management talents in the construction industry,and to provide references for the improvement and development of training programs for engineering management majors in Chinese universities.This paper uses historical method,observation and other methods to understand the development trend of the construction industry,through literature research to understand the current situation and training mode of engineering management at home and abroad,and sorting out their respective characteristics,and established engineering management talent quality structure based on the development trend of the industry and the domestic and foreign research status of the engineering management professional.Then through in-depth interviews with experts in the industry and the graduate alumni of engineering management,adjust the current structure of the comprehensive quality of engineering management.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the professionals in the construction industry to study the current industry's real demand for talents,and the ability system of our engineering management talents should be summed up,so as to provide references for the setting of training objectives.The paper emphasizes that the training system of engineering management should be based on the background of the development of the construction industry,establishing the ability training system of engineering management professionals from the perspective of industry development needs can make students' curriculum training system more targeted.
