As a pillar industry in China,the construction industry has a rapid development in the future.The application of BIM Technology in China has just started,and the lack of talents to master BIM Technology will lead to the slow progress of BIM Technology in China.After several years of development,the enterprise has also trained a number of talents through independent training of BIM talents,and constantly introduced BIM talents,but the demand for talents is also increasing,and the talent gap in the current market is still large.Vocational college is the most popular training base for technical talents in China.It can produce talents in batches through vocational education.In view of the shortage of BIM talents,the government has also issued a series of policies and systems from vocational schools to help encourage vocational colleges to cultivate BIM talents.Vocational colleges have encountered various problems in the process of continuous exploration and development,and the innovation of BIM talent education The innovation of talent training mode is the most common problem in vocational colleges.At present,the BIM talent training mode adopted by vocational colleges mainly includes modern apprenticeship system,"order class" and "dual system",which is mainly to realize school enterprise cooperation through different ways.On this basis,it is found that there is no specific and unified measurement standard for students'knowledge mastery between enterprises and schools in the process of talent training,so the "1+X" mode is introduced.Based on the analysis of the evaluation factors and quality indexes of BIM talent training,this paper studies the operation ways of integrating "1+X" mode into BIM talent training,and innovates the "1+X+Y" and"1+X+1" modes in combination with the original mode.In addition,teaching resources,teachers,training room conditions,depth of school enterprise cooperation and employment are taken as four factors to establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and analyze the BIM talent training evaluation system under the "1+X" model.This paper also analyzes the effect of integrating "1+X" mode into BIM talent training through the case of Guangdong Vocational College of science and technology.As one of the first batch of "1+X" pilot colleges in China,Guangdong Vocational College of science and technology has achieved the training goal of more favorable students under this mode,and has proved the operability and effectiveness of integrating "1+X" mode into BIM talent training.The purpose of this paper is to establish a new mode of BIM personnel training of"1+X" system through theoretical research and practical analysis,combined with specific cases of personnel training,so as to provide reference for China's Vocational Education in BIM personnel training.
